Breakfast is exquisite and rich, with many drink optionsThere are also freshly made omelettes🥚🍳🧂The most recommended bread is the small square bread, which is full of wheat flavor.Bun: soy milk and honey flavor, so amazing and deliciousThere are also hair-related supplies available. See it for the first time.The room size is okay, much better than APA HotelThe suitcase still has enough room to expand👍It’s great that the hotel can also borrow umbrellas for free😊

The location of the hotel and the room were very good, but the customer service was very poor. When a customer came in, they didn't say anything, and I don't know if the employees were just making small talk with each other, but they seemed to be having fun talking and didn't even pay attention to the customers. It was the worst.

Value for money, even though the room is a bit small, but amenities are complete. Location was strategic as well, since there is a Donki nearby and the train station is just around the corner.

loved our stay at this hotel. we stayed in the loft room and it was super cosy, the bathroom was extremely clean and spacious. the room itself was not too spacious, not enough for the suitcases to open but that is quite standard in tokyo. location was perfect. only a 3 min walk to akabane station. would definitely stay here again when we come back.

What can I say?... first impression when opening the door: shit the bed is right there. The two literally touch each other. No storage space. No space to open suitcases. The placement of the TV makes no sense. Wifi is poor. The hotel has nothing authentic except perhaps the public baths. The washing machine (which also dries) doesn't dry anything at all. Prepare lots of 100 yen coins.I give two stars for the location and the bathroom which remains very practical and spacious all the same.

Service - friendly staff. Overall they speak English good enough. Sometimes there are bit passive in their actions.Rooms - double room. A bit small, but that’s very common in Japan. We had 2 backpacks and 2 daypacks it was okay-ish. We liked that the shower and toilet were separated. We had a view all the way to Shinjuku.Cleanliness - clean. They don’t come every day. We like that. But if you need cleaning you can ask for it. You can get fresh towels, just hang the bag provided in the room on the door. The same goes for the trash bin.Amenities - you can grab what you need. For the laundry, not enough machines. There is often a queue. For a rainy day, they offer umbrellas.Breakfast - available. We didn’t try it though.Location - very close to the station. There is a direct connection with the major stations of Tokyo.Price - book in advance for the cheapest option. We had €58 for the night as well €92 (booked on the same day).
