Got denied check in as the hotel staff told us that the room was damage and impossible to stay which they didn't inform us neither via phone nor email but we got informed at 8pm after we just got back to hotel. They offered us an alternate hotel for one night and we had to move to another hotel on the rest of the stay which this was the only option they offered us. We requested for another hotel but they kept telling us that they had no authorized to decide about the hotel as the manager already left!! We asked to see the damaged room but they refused to show us which it was suspicious. How can all 4-5 rooms be damaged at the same time? The staff offered us another hotel to stay which was so old and dusty. One of our friend in the group has dust mite allergies and she couldn't stop coughing and sneezing. Our trip was a total disaster and they couldn't provide us any better compensate. They don't even deserved a single star. Terrible!

Stayed here on a business trip. The room is small, but it's not a problem because I just sleep. It's about a 3 minute walk from the south exit of Tabata Station. There are no convenience stores nearby, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to Lawson. Shopping must be completed in advance. The rooms were clean and there were no problems. You can see the Tohoku Shinkansen etc. from the window, so it might be good for railway enthusiasts, but the sound of the trains can be quite loud. There is a bathhouse on the 1st floor that can accommodate 2 people.Reservations are required at the front desk (in 30 minute increments), and the bathtub was reasonably large and comfortable. Although the staff are foreigners, there were no particular problems and I was able to stay comfortably. Considering the price is around 7,500 yen per night, I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Wife and I stayed here for five nights in late April of 2024. Very nice place, affordable, clean, and pretty darn short walk from the exit of the Tabata Station. From there, you can easily access all the major tourist areas of Tokyo. There will be the noise of trains, just due to the proximity. We had no problems with the noise, personally. The views are pretty as well, the hotel is a bit taller than the surrounding buildings.

☆The staff is so bad that I don't even want to give them a single rating. There was not a single sane person.I use several hotels every month, but this was the worst ever.It was so bad that I can't write about it here. The staff were so rude that we were disturbed by various things, the train noise was too loud, and a construction worker suddenly came up outside the window during the construction work on the exterior wall and almost saw us changing clothes (there were no prior announcements from the hotel). ) Not recommended for people who just want to take a quiet break.

The room was small, but it felt clean. However, in the unit bath, I was very concerned about the slime in the bathtub and the mold on the shower curtain.

It was my first time using it. The price was around 18,000 yen for 2 nights, so I had high expectations, but there was a lot of dirt in the room, so I was asked to change the room, but I don't know if it has been cleaned, but the card slot was in the room. There was a paper from the person who had used it last time tucked inside. The insects may have come out through the cracks, so it can't be helped, but I would like them to clean the room properly. However, the staff responded very well and I was very grateful.

I stayed in a train view room with my child who loves trains. There is a Tokyo Shinkansen Vehicle Center nearby, so you can take a close look at the Shinkansen trains in operation as well as the vehicles entering and exiting the facility. Also, although it is far away, you can see Cassiopeia etc. located at the Oku Vehicle Center from your room.I arrived at the hotel fairly early, so I waited in the dining room on the second floor. The children were very happy to be able to see the Shinkansen even closer from the dining room on the second floor. While I was waiting, the hospitality of the staff was very good as they let me into my room early, probably because I was traveling with children. This is a hotel that I would definitely recommend for your Kitetsu trip.*There are no convenience stores nearby, so we recommend shopping at the station before checking in.
