The setting is superb! A coffee and lots of books placed everywhere, it's unusual and very beautiful.Very well located, you can do all of Shinjuku on foot while being more or less 20 - 25 minutes max from activities on the outskirts. On the other hand, it is indeed a capsule style hotel! So the sleeping spaces are very small. It doesn't bother me personally, but the only problem is that it quickly gets hot and humid where we sleep, before I even get in there. Maybe we should find a way to ventilate better.Otherwise I recommend, it's a good experience for those who are passing through Shinjuku!

Should be called splinters and whispers. Beds were 1.5 in well worn mats on top of plywood. There are a few double rooms vs the small nooks for sleeping.  …

Accommodation here isOnce you experience it, you'll be flooded with sympathy from other people's reviews, and that's what makes it so interesting (lol)⇒Wow, we're friends! That's what it feels like lolIt will create a buzz. There are magazines and photo albums that you can flip through to kill time, but the lighting is too dark to read printed books, so don't imagine a stylish library. The lighting inside the capsule bed is barely bright enough to read a book. So, this book is supposed to be the centerpiece,It's an unattractive, one-sided bookshelf that looks like it's a bunch of unsold books from a second-hand bookstore, or collections that the owner was tired of and had trouble getting rid of.In other words, if you create a library-like atmosphere, the bookshelf may be a ``magic'' that will somehow make guests quieter and quieter. (In that case, it's a success). There are not many sofas, so when the number of customers increases late at night, there is no place to sit down. I have no choice but to go to bed early. However, the bed in the back is better, but if you hit the bed directly across from the sofa, you'll be able to get in and out of the bed right in front of your eyes, so you'll feel awkward and have to look down. The famous high-pressure female clerk is known as the ``Queen of Shinjuku.'' You can feel like an SM image club, so don't be afraid. This is a highly recommended inn.

There doesn't seem to be much to see at the site compared to the internet photos. The drink was tasteless

Great concept, poorly executed. The common area is right next to the capsules, and there is no mandatory checkout time…you may think this is very convenient, but actually it means there is never a time for properly clean the facilities. See above any surface or below your capsule “mattress”. Simply disgusting. Food and overall cafe service is decent, personnel may have an attitude, other than that, enjoy the instagramable angles it offers.

Lack of cleanliness and privacyThe shower room is for men and women next to each other and there are no partitions, and there are no locks on the beds, so strangers can come in without permission, and shoes are left outside, so you can't tell which gender is inside. etc. I understandI wish they would install a shoe box with a lock. There was no sense of cleanliness at all, there was a lot of dust under the mattress and in the corners of the room (bed), and the pillow had a lot of marks from someone's drool on it and was disgusting. It is dangerous for people with house dust allergies. The bath mat in the shower room is so black that you don't want to put your feet on it, and there's hair all over the floor under the sink.Have you ever cleaned it? That levelNot recommended for germaphobes and womenI didn't think I'd want to stay there again.

A bed in the gap between bookshelves.I used it for daytime use. The curtains on the bed were drawn so I couldn't see inside. However, there were carrying cases lined up in front of the bed, so some people might have been sleeping there.I couldn't find anything that I wanted to see in the book, so it ended up being just a break. If you imagine a full-fledged book cafe, you may be disappointed. It may seem like a good idea to sleep buried in a book, but it might be a good idea to bring along the books you really want to read. The sofa seats were filled with 12 people. There is also a similar amount of seating space next to the window.
