I was sceptical after reading the reviews but still book it as the location is very convenient for me .I stayed for a night and find it acceptable for 3star hotel . Basic room , hot strong shower , cold air con room , no bed bugs .Maybe I’m not facing the Main Street and it’s weekday that’s why there’s no noise. If you have allergy to dust , don’t touch the window curtain and near the TV wood panel .But with the price , I think the basic cleanliness is there .Acceptable bathroom , new bedsheet .The amenities such as toothbrush ,shower cap is at the entrance lift .So after you check in , just grab it before you enter the lift . I see many solo travelers and tourist staying at this hotel . Great WiFi on 6th floor .4 hangers in the cupboard . And you need to check out at 10a.m the next day . Solo female traveller is safe and perfect for a night for the unbeatable location .

Really creepy decor, advertises that there is air conditioning when there definitely ISN'T (it was extremely hot - stayed at 28 degrees Celsius in the room. We got no sleep at all). I called and messaged the hotel (at around 10pm) to tell them this but no response until they called my room at 4:00am, asking if I wanted a fan. We also saw a giant cockroach in this room. In addition, very limited amenities given the price point. Terrible experience and fake advertisements.

This place has rude people and the room had no A/C. I also lost one of my cards in the room and they found it and they didn't say anything. The lady in the front counter was laughing at me when I told her if it was possible to add another person to our room since it was 3 of us treating me like if I was a little kid. Not recommend if you want your room 90 F°

I stayed for several nights, but the glasses were left unwashed. I wanted the glass to be replaced on the second day, so I stacked the glasses, but they stayed that way.If you're staying here for a week, the sink is too small to store water, so you won't be able to do any laundry. The refrigerator is also small and cannot cool a 750ml champagne bottle. No matter how much I adjusted the washlet, water wouldn't come out and it was almost unusable.Honestly, it's not worth the price. At a certain hotel in Minato Ward, you can stay at a hotel for less than half of this price, even though the room cleaning and service are better. The room is really small and uncomfortable. Is this new even after the cleaning? An old thing? I'm always half-trusting and trying to sniff out the smell...lol, you lack trust.

We had an amazing time here. We did rent a car for a few days just to drive something cool and fast in Shibuya and we found multiple parking garages in the area. The team was great here they seemed like they spoke English fluently. The room were smaller than in the US but super comfy and had enough room for all our stuff and room to bring more. The area is great lots to see and everything is walkable. We were super close to Publix which we used a few times since we were so close and here for 7 days and 6 nights. We didn’t have anyone come in and clean the room but they replaced all towels every day by leading a black bag for us. We left any and all garbage outside the door and it was taken care of for us. They provided nice robes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. We grabbed a few things from the front desk for free: hair brush, wash clothes, a razor. They did have other items we did not need located at the front desk for free as well. I would highly recommend. You’re so close to night life and so any attractions and shopping it was worth the stay

This place is disgusting. Everything is banged up, scratched and worn; the walls and floors are dirty in the rooms, the hallways, and the elevator. Within a few hours of me staying here I saw a cockroach in my room. I asked if they could cancel my second night and they wouldn't. I'm going to eat the cost and go elsewhere because I can't fathom staying more than one night here. So gross!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is approximately 6 minutes from the big crossing/Shibuya station. Surrounded by remains and premises. The room is small, like all the rooms in Japan. In relation to price/quality it is expensive, but I estimate that it is because of the neighborhood and its location. In shinshuko we stayed in much nicer hotels for the same price or less.In terms of cleanliness, it was a little lacking, on the sides of the bed or corners of the walls there were hairs on the carpet. It lacks maintenance, the walls are dirty. The bathroom was clean, the owner worked perfectly. The bed was medium hard, and was inclined, they should rotate the mattress. Comfortable pillows (they are usually rock hard in Japan)We chose not to clean the room and they left us with clean towels and water in a bag. Point in favor.Anyway, I would stay again. Safaba
