Writing this after staying at the Hyatt Regency in Yokohama. A great hotel (undergoing some refurbishment work) but relatively dated compared to Yokohama which is a beautiful hotel. Looks and feels like an American hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good. Service excellent.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is old and outdated, with rooms that are in serious need of refurbishment. We had to switch rooms because the first one had a terrible smell. The second room was slightly better, but after a 15-hour flight, we didn’t have the energy to move again. We had also booked a queen-sized bed, but the bed was significantly smaller than what is considered queen size by Japanese standards. Another letdown was the lack of club access, which was unavailable due to ongoing renovations. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite, and the location is very convenient. However, I wouldn’t stay here again, as you can find similarly priced hotels in Tokyo with far better facilities and interiors.

It's been a long time since I last stayed here. Although we were undergoing renovations, we were able to make the most of our stay as possible under the limited conditions with the familiar staff. …

Parking is terrible.Three cars entered the loading dock for work, and the first person said, ``The last two cars are also the same.''I told the latter that it was the same as the previous two, but he didn't give me any information and looked like he didn't know.Even if you get lost in the maze after unloading your luggage, they don't seem to know you.I wasn't sure, so I went outside, checked the vacant car sign, and tried to enter again, but there was no space, and I finally entered the space after finding a car that had gone around B2B3 many times. There was a car that came in the other day and was circling around.Space was destroyed in some places due to construction, but this is probably not counted and the [empty] mark was displayed on the signboard.Parking lot management is the worst.

The hotel is under renovation and this will take time. The facilities as listed on the website are inaccurate, there is no swimming pool. Overpriced for the current state of the hotel. The breakfast is really good - can recommend for that and also the easy connectivity with the Tokyo Metro network.

Upon entering my room, I noticed several issues that do not align with the high standards I have come to expect from the Hyatt brand:The bed is positioned against the wall, which differs significantly from the images shown on the booking page. There are noticeable and unsightly stains on the desk, side table, and headboard.Additionally, the room has a persistent scent of smoke, which is quite unpleasant.Given my long-standing trust in Hyatt, I am truly disappointed with this experience.
