My favorite HIRAMATU.All the meals are amazing, the way they are cut, the way they are cooked, the seasoning...I'm so moved by all of them.★However, personally, I would like to say that the hot spring in the roomThe only downside was that it was extremely humid. If the living room and hot spring are separated like in Miyota,Is it good? I think so.

I love everything about the atmosphere of the building, the hospitality, the baths in the rooms, the food, and I keep coming back. This is an inn that we especially recommend foreigners to visit.

I have stayed at various hotels including overseas, but this is the first time I have had such a bad breakfast. In the morning, there was no choice of Japanese or Western, so it was Japanese? Breakfast only. There are no breakfast options at hotels and inns in this class of pricing. Also, there was no freshly cooked rice, just a choice of rice porridge. (There is no option for white rice. I wonder what people who don't like porridge should do...)The side dishes were 3 small pickles. Then salad and grilled fish. (Please take a look at the photos for reference. The first three photos are of breakfast. The latter photos are of dinner.)There's no volume or attention to detail, and the quality is lower than that of making it at home. The breakfast in the morning made you think there was no chef. Breakfast is one of the things you look forward to when you stay at a ryokan or hotel. It was just an amazing end to the trip. Also, a few days before departure, I got infected with the coronavirus and requested a change of date. Although the cancellation fee was waived due to the date change, I had already paid double accommodation fees and the refund, including the cancellation fee, was not received even after two weeks, so I contacted the agency here. Although I received a response from the hotel, I received no email or contact from the hotel to apologize, so to be honest, I was worried even before I went. (A response that would be impossible for an inn or hotel of this class...)As expected, there was no coordination, and the hotel did not apologize or speak to me regarding the matter on the day of the incident. Also, when I called to request a change of schedule, I was told that the room I had originally reserved was full and that only special rooms (over 300,000 yen) or lower grade rooms (180,000 yen) were available. There was no problem since I had to change the dates, but when I asked how much the room was different from the room I had originally booked (200,000 yen), they explained the size of the room. However, the grade of the room will be significantly lowered! That's what you said, and this hotel has the most rooms in that category, and many people stay there, so I wondered if that explanation was accurate. The room had a nice view and was nice, but the bathroom was connected to the room and it got very humid unless you closed the door. There is a sense of closure when the door is closed. . .The dinner was of a decent quality, but it was not an inn that impressed me or exceeded my expectations in every way. To be honest, I thought it would be difficult to secure repeat customers.I wish I didn't have to go again, but I hope the reviews will be of some help to those who do.I'm glad that I haven't visited on special occasions such as anniversaries, but I thought some people would choose it on their special day, so I thought I'd post about it.We hope that from now on we will aim to provide even more highly satisfying services.

I join the other guests who have praised this resort for the impeccable service, the beautiful locale, the great cuisine, and the large and lovely hot spring rooms. This is basically a first class restaurant with 13 suites attached.  …
