I arrived early and when I pulled my car into the parking lot to rest until check-in time, a staff member unexpectedly came and greeted me with a smile, and even guided me around by calling my dog's name. , I'm …

It was a highly satisfying hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and greeted my dog. It was also nice to be able to freely enjoy various drinks and ice creams. I chose a standard twin room, but I was impressed by how much larger it was than it looked in the photo. Another good point was that the entrance to the room was raised slightly like a Japanese inn (where you take off your shoes), and there was plenty of space. There was enough variety in the one buffet, and toilet seats and other supplies were everywhere, so I felt safe. Overall, it was a hotel that I would want to go to again!

It was a very nice hotel that allowed dogs. The employees were very nice and I had a good time. The food was delicious both in the morning and in the evening, and the menu was extensive. I would love to visit you again. The only problem was that there was no bed for the dog to sleep on (a towel, etc. would be fine). The hotels I've stayed in so far that allow dogs have provided beds or dog towels.

I visited with my 4 year old chihuahua. The service was one of the best of any pet hotel I've ever stayed at. I was completely satisfied with the facilities, the food, and the attentiveness of the staff. In particular, the food is at a level that satisfies both dog and owner. However, due to the unpredictable effects of Typhoon No. 10, I requested a cancellation 4 days in advance, and was informed that there would be a cancellation fee as per the policy. Considering that it was a precious day off and the risk of traveling from a long distance, I consulted with them, but they said that as long as the hotel was open, their cancellation policy would be followed. As a result, we changed our travel time to minimize the impact of the typhoon, but when we reconfirmed on-site, we were told that if a warning or advisory was issued, it would be considered on a case-by-case basis. I regret that I should have consulted with you the day before the warning was announced. However, I feel that the level of satisfaction would have been higher if the hotel side had foresighted the risks of guests coming from far away and the impact of damage, and had advised them of possible schedule changes and consultations when contacting them in advance. Masu. However, overall it is a hotel with a high level of satisfaction and I can recommend it.

The selling point is that you can spend time with your dog and it's a luxury resort (quality, service). I made the guest room a deluxe one and it was very spacious (although there was intentionally less furniture). Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying, and I appreciate that they have a separate menu for children (however, they don't allow indoor wear, and I'm not sure if T-shirts and shorts are OK...)It's close to the Mikkabi Interchange and easy to get to, so I'd like to use it again. If I had to say it, the room temperature in the lobby and hallways was a little hot, so I would like to see it improved. Also, I'm glad that the beer in the room is free, but I wish they would have included some snacks as well (there are no convenience stores within walking distance).

I have stayed at various dog hostels, but I think this hotel is excellent in everything (cleanliness of the facilities, food, service). Full of service including bottled water, drinks, mini-sized Haagen-Dazs, and free soft drinks with meals. When I go to other hotels, I hear that The Sheen is better. You cannot choose a Western breakfast for breakfast, but if you stay for consecutive nights, you will have a Japanese breakfast for the second night. This was so delicious! The one downside is that it is a former sanatorium that has been renovated, so the flooring in the hallways was slippery and my dog was scared of it and didn't want to walk on it. I told the manager, but he said if other customers had the same story...Due to issues with the flooring, I can no longer go to this hotel, but I would like everyone to visit this hotel at least once.

I think you will have a stress-free stay when traveling with your dog.The room is spacious and clean, and you can see the quiet Lake Hamana right outside the window. As soon as we arrived, the dog was jumping up and down with joy.The minimalist interior is calming. There's also an indoor dog run, so it's OK even on rainy days.Free water, alcohol, and ice cream in the refrigerator ^_^The staff was very attentive and the dog seemed happy.

This is a hotel I've always wanted to visit. My wish has finally come true.A trip with my dog.I was able to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The food was also very delicious.I was offered tea and sweets at check-in, but the explanation started immediately and I was guided to my room, so I was disappointed that I couldn't have tea. There are all the amenities in the room, but if there is one bath towel and one face towel for each person, there will not be enough face towels for the restroom. It may have been in the public bath, but since I can't go to the public bath by myself, I thought it would be nice to have another face towel.I would appreciate your consideration.
