This is what I used. (woman)I read a lot of reviews here, but I think everyone is asking for too much. This is not a place to receive services;A place where you can just take a bath, brush your teeth, and sleep.I thought that it was possible to sleep at a low price because the service was minimal.I guess it's the same as saying I want to eat a high-quality steak at a cheap restaurant (lol)If you want to stay in a place with good facilities and cleanliness,Should I just pay a higher price and go to a different hotel? There were a lot of cases of bed bugs, but the bed bugs are not caused by unsanitary conditions, but rather by the fact that they arrive in luggage from overseas, which is a nuisance for the hotel. Ordinary insecticides won't kill them. Also, the late night staff was very nice ♪If it was just for sleeping, I would give it a perfect score of 5.

I have used guesthouses several times, but this was the first time I had stayed in a guesthouse that was so filthy and had no staff at all.First of all, there were no sheets and only one towel that was meant to be a pillowcase. You sleep on a futon that you don't know who has rested on it before. Seriously, that's impossible. I would like to be able to use some sheets. Also, I check in on the 3rd floor, but although it's fine to check in using the check-in number, no one comes when I press the call button when I want a staff member to help me. Will you take responsibility if something happens?I will never use it again.

I don't know how to recommend it to anyone. The reception service is zero.24 bed room. You move in bed, you go up the stairs and everything creaks, everything makes noise. To improve the stay in the room there were 2 people who snored…Every night I have been with earplugs and I have always woken up…Very thin mattress, you can see the wood underneath.Area to leave suitcases/backpacks far from the beds and with very little space, they are all piled up.You can hear the noise from the street, the windows are useless. The only good thing is the location.I won't come back.

Immediately after checking in, I lifted the mattress and saw what appeared to be a bedbug, which skittered into the bedframe. I immediately checked out and went to a different hostel, because nothing is worth a bedbug infestation. When I reached out to management about it, they were defensive and refused to compromise or offer any sort of refund without proof- even though other reviewers here mention bedbugs and they’re clearly aware of the issue. They also threatened to report me to booking.com if I left a negative review.Spend a few extra dollars for a different hostel in order to save yourself thousands by avoiding a bedbug infestation.

You can't even enter the facility before the location, rooms, and service.I pressed the door number as instructed in the email, but I don't know if the button itself is responding.Things worked out because someone came out from inside, but if there's something wrong with the machine, I'd like them to let us know in advance via email.By the way, the person who came out was a foreign guest, so I didn't understand when I asked. It may be an exaggeration to say that the environment is bad, but I want this to be my first and last experience.

Early September 2024 around 23:30In the shared space on the 7th floor, a man was sleeping on a sofa with a foldable mattress.I say, "Please show me your reservation."I don't want to release it at all. From my Gmail email, I was shown a text in Chinese that seemed to be about this hotel (I could only make out the word Ueno). However, when I asked them, ``Where can I check the date and time and check-out time?'' they didn't respond at all. When asked, “Why are you sleeping here?”He said, ``I have a flight leaving Haneda Airport at 8:40 tomorrow morning.I'm leaving from here today.''``It's weird to explain that you're leaving today when you only have 30 minutes left today. You probably thought you were going to sleep the whole time until I spoke to you.''I said “OK, I’ll go” and got on the elevator around 11:45 pm. I might come back againI stayed until the hotel staff came to turn off the lights. The problem is,First of all, this person's seemingly relaxed demeanor suggests that this is probably quite habitual behavior. Also, since I had prepared something like a reservation slip in Chinese, I felt like the information on how to trespass into a hotel was being shared in a group or on Chinese social media rather than just one person. And I think this is the number one problem.[The 4-digit security key is proudly posted at the entrance of the building.]I've stayed in many places around the world, but this is the first time I've seen a guest house like this.I think the security rating is the lowest compared to hotels in other countries such as India and Africa. There were other people in the shared space, but the only ones were people from Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and people who couldn't keep up with the Japanese language or culture, so I don't think I knew how to be careful. To be honest, I had no intention of asking, but since I was able to meet with the person in charge of the hotel, I asked him, ``Due to conflicts with other tenants, this situation has arisen due to the content of the building's management contract.'' "There is."It's a very Japanese commercial culture. So, in conclusion, the biggest problem is that the hotel is not managing the flow of guests. In the past, African and Southeast Asian nationals have illegally entered the area and have been reported to the police. As mentioned in other reviews, there are various hotels here, but I gave it 3 stars because the hotel staff's response, good or bad, was too pure. (I feel like I'm from Tokyo.)The cleanliness of the showers, toilets, shared rooms, etc. was not as bad as I expected, so I felt it was still good.I feel like the story would be different if this were the humid period from May to August.Be aware that there are people who are afraid of bedbugs and bed bugs, and prepare accordingly. If you buy something like Kincho's ``Mosquito Killer Spray,'' you can expect some preventive effect from the active ingredient ``Transfluthrin.''If you're still scared, keep the lights on while you're sleeping so you don't attract them to your bed. Clothing should be breathable. The beer that had been chilled in the fridge for only two hours was gone after someone drank it. I could have stayed at another good guest house for that beer money. disappointingI would like you to refer to the management systems of other hotels and buildings and spend money on them.I believe that face-to-face reception is lower risk and cost than self-service.

It was dirty, very dirty, the moment I sat on the bed my lower body started to itch, and when I went to bed my whole body was covered in ticks or bed bugs. And the worst thing is that when you close the door, it makes a loud noise, and every time the Western guests close the door, whether it's 2 a.m. or 5 a.m., there's a loud "butteraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa] I was woken up by vibrations, and as is the case with other hostels, it was always Westerners who did this, and there was even a Western guy who suddenly started talking on the phone in his room at around 2am, even though everyone else was asleep. Asians open doors quietly, and so do black people. Is it so difficult for them to act without causing inconvenience to others, to show even the slightest bit of kindness and consideration to others? At many inns, I have seen guests who behave problematically, make noise, and make a mess, but all of them are Western white people. They are fundamentally different from us.

The location is okay, but it doesn't seem to be well maintained. There were a few times when I couldn't even get a towel, and other than the location, it's not good.
