The seafood served for dinner was extremely salty. They said they didn't have any turban shells, so they offered me some abalone, but it was smelly and didn't taste fresh. Also, as soon as I stepped into the public bath, I found a sea lice. I felt that I needed to take measures against insects and improve my diet. The view from the open-air bath was very nice. It might be a good idea to think of it as an extension of playing in the sea.

I like hot springs in winter and wanted to go to Kuroneiwa Onsen in front of the hotel, so I looked for a ryokan, but all the others were fully booked...|For some reason, this hotel was the only one with vacancies. …

I stayed there 2 years agoI will never forget it because it was so shocking.First of all, I read the reviews and decided that the food was not good, so I decided to stay without meals. After parking the car and taking in the scenery for a while, I went inside and saw that the front desk was dark and the woman was staring at me as if to tell me to come quickly, which made me feel a bit intimidating.I thought he was a person who used unique phrases at check-in.I thought it was mentioned in the reviews or on the homepage that there was a rescue cat, so I wonder if I can interact with it? That's what I thought, but there was no explanation when I checked in, and there were no cats anywhere, so I decided to forget about it.I never thought that I would only be in the space before entering the front desk.I stayed here just for the hot springs, so those things didn't matter.I was surprised that there wasn't even a refrigerator in the room.I later read reviews and found out that there is a shared refrigerator, but I don't think there was any explanation. The private bath was very nice. Was I the only one staying there? There was no sign of anyone coming in on the way and I had the entire place to myself. The next day, when I went to the front desk to check out, the woman from yesterday was there to help me, but she gave me multiple mask cases, and even though I said I was just leaving, she sent me a flyer for Izu. Honestly, I didn't need it...Also, can I take a video to post on the homepage? I was asked if I could take a photo, so I was asked if I could take a photo with the condition that I didn't show my face.I thought this person was strange because he told me to think of something fun while taking the photo, but the bottom line is, what kind of fun thing did you think of after you took the photo? I ended up askingI thought it was a hassle and I thought it would never come again.I had no idea that this woman was the owner or rather the manager.I think you should learn customer service skills.By the way, I can't find my photo anywhere, but is there any point in taking it? Honestly it's unpleasantIt seems that it has been temporarily closed since last year, but is it closed?

The hotel is a little old, but the food was fresh and delicious, and the hot springs had a nice view from the beginning of the morning. I think the cost performance is very good, with delicious food and nice hot springs at a reasonable price. Dinner is like an indoor barbecue where fresh seafood is grilled and smoked. It might be better to go to a hot spring after that.It feels more like an old-fashioned ryokan than the current trendy Instagrammable one, and you may either like it or dislike it, but my boyfriend and I have very fond memories of it.

The hot springs and scenery are great, but...The room key is broken, the toilet is dirty, there is no washlet, there is no refrigerator in the room, the food is bad, and the female clerk (management) has the worst language and attitude.Although I'm from the countryside, I think I know the quality of rice. The rice in the grilled rice balls here was not delicious.Maybe cheap blended rice.Regarding other people's ☆1 reviewsIf you look at the replies, you'll see that the management's attitude is strange. It's like you can't apologize. The hot springs and scenery are truly amazing. It might be okay if you stay overnight without meals, butI don't want to have anything to do with the store clerk.
