I was very satisfied with my first stay, so this is my second visit. This time it was a Sukiya Japanese style room, and last time it was a Japanese modern twin A.This time, 4 people took care of me.I was very satisfied with everything, including the renovated hot spring public bath, large private bath, delicious meals in a private room, room with a great view, and the hospitality of the staff, and I was able to have a wonderful time again.I was able to visit Hakone Shrine early in the morning when there was no one around on foot from my hotel. The thick mattress was also very comfortable.Thank you very much for the dinner. We will visit again!Thank you for your help this time. thank you very much!

A hotel that discriminates against foreigners and invades customers' privacy. After I made the reservation on the official website, a few days later the hotel received a letter asking me to provide flight information to Japan. And it was only at this time that it stated in the letter that it would not accept foreign tourists who came to Japan on the day of accommodation. However, this information does not accept foreign tourists arriving in Japan on the day of accommodation, and it is not marked on the hotel's official website or other booking websites. And the next one also asked me to provide information about the hotel where I stayed in Japan the day before. The Japanese government does not require every foreign tourist to provide a detailed travel report, but this hotel requires more information than the Japanese government.Because I felt my privacy was violated, I had no choice but to cancel the hotel and spend more time making my travel plans again.A hotel that discriminates against foreigners and invades customer privacy. After I made a reservation on their official website, a few days later, the hotel emailed me requesting my flight information to Japan. However, this information was not indicated on the hotel's official website or on other booking platforms. In a subsequent email, they requested that I also provide information about my accommodation in Japan the day before my stay. I like all the rooms that are named after the moon. For children's breakfast, you can choose from several side dishes. Before breakfast, I was able to take a walk to Hakone Shrine, which also served as a pilgrimage, and got off to a good start.

I think it's a wonderful inn. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with a maternity plan. I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the view from my room, to the delicious dishes made with soup stock, to the sulfur springs that gave me a relaxing feeling. In addition, the hospitality of the manager and all the staff was very polite and made me feel comfortable and comfortable from beginning to end.I would like to go again after my next baby is born.

This is my second time using this hotel when traveling with friends. It's not a price that you can stay at often, but the hot springs are good, the rooms are good, the food is good, and the customer service is good. I feel that staying at this inn will greatly increase the satisfaction of your trip. The inside of the hotel is kept well-cleaned, they remember our guests' names, and there's a Yakult bottle for you after you take a bath.I get the impression that they pay close attention to detail.Overall, the inside of the hotel feels like time passes slowly and is relaxing, so you will want to stay there for more.I think this inn is making an effort to satisfy its customers.I will use it again.

Please use it when you go to the bath. The plastic bag that was left in the chest of drawers was a mess of Yakult, probably left over from the person who had stayed the night before. I put my wallet in there without realizing it and my wallet is all sticky...The food was very delicious, but I was a little confused because the cleaning was not done properly, and when I left, they apologized with a smile and asked me to come back again without hesitation.
