The buffet has been renewed this year and is now delicious. Over the past few years, the baths and lobby have been gradually renovated and improved.

When you open the window, you can see the beautiful Lake Hamana, and it is a very quiet and relaxing hotel. The hot springs were so soft that they seemed to cling to your body, and the view from the open-air bath was spectacular.I stayed at the hotel at the end of September, and not only could I enjoy seasonal dishes such as matsutake mushrooms steamed in clay pots for dinner, but the hotel staff was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet had luxurious dishes such as crab miso soup and abalone porridge, as well as many local specialties such as Mikkabi mandarin oranges, but my favorite was the freshly baked French toast in front of me. It was the most delicious French toast I've ever eaten.I also want to come back to try the French toast. Also, after breakfast, I was able to take out coffee and other drinks and relax and refresh myself while looking out at Lake Hamana from the back terrace.

Every time I visit, it gets better and more enjoyable.I am using the pet room, but the cage installed in the room has wheels, making it easier to move.I haven't seen it on other Harvests, but it's a nice idea.

Although it is an old building, it has been renovated and the rooms are spacious and clean, so I am satisfied with that aspect. However, as soon as I entered the room, I noticed hair on the sink, bedside, and in the refrigerator. And there was also dirt inside the refrigerator. My satisfaction with the room suddenly faded. And above all, the front desk's response was poor.An older looking manager? A middle-aged man like.It was raining so I went to the front desk to ask if I could borrow an umbrella, but there was only one man at the front desk.He was working with his head down and didn't even look up when I faced the front desk. When I called out to him, he kept looking down and answered "Yes," and when I asked him where the umbrella was, he kept looking down and pointed in the direction of the umbrella and said, "It's over there."This is the first time I have experienced such terrible reception from the front desk.Even though the price is reasonable, I have never had a front desk that was lower than third class. Therefore, I will never stay there again.
