I decided to go to Oi Shrine the next day and made a reservation on short notice, so I stayed overnight without meals. Access to the shrine was good. It felt good to take a relaxing bath. The private bath was not too crowded and I was able to use it whenever I wanted. However, I would like to express my high hopes for your institution in the future. First of all, there was no power to the refrigerator in the room. Insects are attached to the basket or towel that you take to the bath. Since it was in the mountains, I could hear the roars of the animals all the time. The air conditioner and air purifier both smelled like dust, but even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like a smoking room. Next is the staff. Perhaps because we were staying overnight without meals, we didn't get to know each other much, and although he was friendly, he lacked consideration. Overall, it was not a facility that was worth the price.

About 30 minutes by car from Kakegawa StationA quiet hot spring inn surrounded by mountainsSince we visited during the rainy season, the road from the parking lot to the front desk was quite muddy, so we had to be careful not to slip.I would be happy if it would be paved or paved with something similar to paving stones.I felt uneasy because the air conditioning at the front desk was weak, but the renovated rooms were very nice and comfortable with the latest equipment. The hot spring in the room was small, but the quality and temperature of the water were very comfortable. There is no open-air bath in the large public bath, just a regular bathroom. It is kept clean and there is no discomfort. There are two private hot springs that are easy to use and do not require reservations. The food was amazing, I couldn't finish the steak for dinner.Very delicious, 100 points on a scale of 100Breakfast was a little modestIt was a room with the sound of water, but it was a very nice room where you could faintly hear the sound of the river. The subdued lighting also creates an atmosphere. However, several children from the family staying next door seemed to have started a big sports day, so it was quite noisy.Too bad it was the sound of kids instead of the sound of water. The impression of an inn changes drastically depending on the quality of the guests. Those staying overnight should also be careful.

The entire building was thoroughly cleaned, and the inside of the building was very clean, and the customer service from the landlady and young landlady was very pleasant. This time I stayed in a special room with a hot spring. It was a very relaxing stay with the soothing sounds of birds and insects and the slippery warmth of the hot springs. This time I stayed without meals, so I didn't have any meals, but there was a good variety of room service cocktails, and I ordered curry for dinner and it was delicious.I would like to come back next time to have some food. The temperature, customer service, and building were all good.

I visited with my family of 3 the other day. Our first family trip in a long time turned out to be a wonderful memory. This is the kind of place where your ideal of ``I want to go to a ryokan like this'' has come to life. I was so excited to be so old lolThank you very much for the wonderful room, hot springs, food, and hospitality.Lastly, I would like to thank you for changing your payment method on short notice. We apologize for the inconvenience. I will stay again 😌*The location is 3 stars due to ease of access, but it is well worth the trip.

My wife and I stayed here.I arrived earlier than the check-in schedule, but they accommodated me.There are two private baths that you can use whenever they are available, which was great. All the employees, from the young to the elderly, were very responsive and received full marks.Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.I didn't like mushrooms, so I told them in advance and they accommodated me.I'm a smoker, but there were two places: one in front of the bathhouse and one to the left after exiting the lobby. The front of the bathhouse was close to the guest room, which was very convenient.Overall, I was very satisfied with how well the employees responded.

Although it is a little old, it is a quiet and relaxing inn. There is a small private bath. The quality of the hot springs had a slight skin beautifying effect. There are many baths that circulate and add water.
