This is my second stay with my wife. Both dinner and breakfast. It was served in a quiet private dining room. The food was served in nice bowls, the portions weren't too large, and they were all delicious. You can also enjoy the spacious open-air bath, artwork including masterpieces, and Mt. Fuji nearby on sunny days, but above all, the hospitality of each and every staff member is what makes staying here worthwhile.

I used it with my friend and his wife.It was a trip where I had wonderful memories with all the staff who were very pleasant and polite. The food was perfect and very delicious. If it's a nice day, I'm sure you'll see Mt. Fuji beautifully, but this time it was only visible in the morning. . . Still, it was a really great trip. thank you very much.

I've used it several times now.I was satisfied with the room, the open-air bath, and the waitress, but I was disappointed because the food was "very ordinary" and had a huge difference between the New Year's and normal food (of course, it was a New Year's price, so it wasn't extravagant). Moreover, the attitude of the staff other than the Nakai is a problem. There was no smile at all, and the reception was arrogant and cold. When you check out, they don't say warm words like you would at other ryokans, and it's a perfunctory experience that doesn't give you a sense of caring. They want to leave the inn feeling good and saying, ``I want to stay again.''After all, having an open mind is important, and if you can't convey it to the other person, it means nothing. If you want to spend a lot of money, go to another inn."Unfortunate luxury inn"(I have no complaints about the Nakai staff, they are very nice)

I used it for one night on August 2nd and 3rd. At check-in, there was a field to write down anniversaries, etc., and when I wrote in that it was my birthday, I was even given red rice for dinner and a present.Yu◯-kun was in charge. At first it was a young boyIs it okay? I thought so.In any case, I had a very pleasant birthday because of the customer service that showed how hard they worked. The other staff members were also wonderful in their customer service, making it a memorable trip. Thank you very much to Yu◯ and all the staff. I will be staying again.

At night, we wanted to go back to our hotel in Izunagaoka, but unfortunately we couldn't get a taxi. So I came here for help. The male staff member kindly helped us. It was so late that there were no taxis, so he drove us to the hotel in his own car after work! I don't remember his name but I really appreciate it! ! !
