Getting very old. Everything looks shabby and is partly in need of renovation. The service started with self-service for various things such as making beds or towels etc.The bathroom that belongs to the hotel was very nice and pleasantly furnished.

It was a good value for money, the location was good, and the room was clean and Japanese-style with a large bath. The next morning, I went fishing at Lake Yamanaka, and I received some advice the day before, and the staff was very helpful.

It's a very affordable hotelGrandpa and grandma are very friendlyThe unlimited curry dinner for 500 yen is also very good. If you don’t have much meat, you can go to the 711 not far away and buy some chicken steaks or something to go with it.You can go to the hot springs early so that you can experience the private space. The location is also very convenient. There is a direct bus to Tokyo Shinjuku Station from the station next to it.

Great hotel, I highly recommend it! Typical Japanese room, well equipped, very clean, large and comfortable.A superb onsen is available to customers which is very appreciated at the end of the day.The Hotel is located a stone's throw from the lake, seen on Mount Fuji, and close to amenities (restaurants, 7/11, bus station)The staff is very friendly and very welcoming.I regret the rating given to this hotel because it deserves much more. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Lovely little hotel, well placed next to the bus arriving from Tokyo and heading to Mishima. It’s right by the lake, and although this area is more quiet it has all you need. A couple restaurants, a 7/11 and the beautiful scenery. The staff were lovely and welcoming.Only downside to our stay were other guests who were extremely loud into the late hours of the night. We got woken up by rowdy tourists around 3 am which was a pain. We do wish there were mandatory quiet hours like we’ve seen at other ryokans. The place is a bit dated but they offer clean and comfortable rooms. They even have ¥500 curry in the evening which was great as we hadn’t made plans for dinner.A nice stay away from the typical tourist spots to see Mount Fuji.

I stayed there with a same-day reservation in the middle of Golden Week.I was very impressed by the staff working hard despite the lack of manpower and the humorous and homely customer service provided by the staff. You can eat the curry for yourself between the ages of 18 and 22, you can get refills, and it was delicious.Drinks in the lounge were reasonable, with beer and cocktails costing 300 yen and snacks costing 200 yen. It's convenient because it's close to the bus stop and there's a convenience store.I think this is a good inn for young groups and families who want to stay as cheaply as possible. It was very convenient to have a separate bathroom and toilet. I thought it would be even better if there was a towel rack and hand soap in the bathroom.
