There are almost always foreigners and it's noisy at night. The only way to contact the front desk is by phone. And it doesn't come out. Even when I went to the front desk, the response was curt. Even when I told them the number of the noisy room, they asked me a meaningless question, "Are you a man or a woman?" It doesn't matter, it's just annoying. Also, the elevator always stops on the second floor. Both when it goes up and when it goes down. This makes the elevators really slow and frustrating.

Livemax is all about allowing dogs to stay with you. Most of the buildings are rebranding, so there is no parking lot or the building looks old, but this one was beautiful even without a parking lot. The recommended parking lot was a bit far. Also, the natural hot springs were always full and I couldn't enter. That was a big factor in deciding on this hotel.

Although the staff seems to be trying their best to serve you, unfortunately they are not attentive. Although it is still new, the cleaning is not perfect. Especially in the public bath, the changing area was soaking wet and the towels and equipment were placed in a mess, making it uncomfortable.

It is located in an easily accessible location. However, I think the service is the worst. They charged 2,000 yen for each dog, but they didn't have any goods for dogs, and the room was smelly and very unpleasant. The room was quite small, and they had to be kept in cages, which was a very stressful environment for both humans and dogs. It was my first time in such a bad hotel. worst worst

As soon as I entered the room, it smelled like mold and I started having asthma. When I looked into the air conditioner, it was covered in mold and made me feel in the worst condition.I will never stay at a hotel like this again.
