It is convenient to go to Act City from JR Hamamatsu Station and take the aerial passageway towards the municipal station north parking lot. There are no moving walkways. The hotel had a strange smell in the lobby, elevator hall, and hallways, but I quickly got used to it. The room is on the south side of the 9th floor with a view of the Shinkansen. There is a welcome drink and alcoholic beverages are also available. A simple breakfast included bread, rice balls, bananas, and boiled eggs. The burdock bread was especially delicious. My only complaint is that the chairs in the room are square wooden chairs that are hard and uncomfortable to sit on, and there is no backrest, making it difficult to relax.

It's a great hotel for both drinkers and non-drinkers.The breakfast is very good for those who like bread. There's no VOD service, so I think it's a good idea to bring a book or something to enjoy on your own.

It's a very good hotel. It's a little far from the downtown area, but there's a convenience store nearby so there's no problem at all.
