Unfortunately for European customers the bed and pillows were too hard. Fish for breakfast wasn't exactly great either. The quality of the products are very good and fresh! Friendly staff.

Stayed in November 2023. I stayed with all my relatives (about 20 people in total!) to celebrate my grandmother's death. The eel was delicious. I went to an open-air bath with my relatives, who I rarely get to see, and talked a lot, literally losing track of time. It's been a really wonderful trip.

The room was very clean as it had just been renovated. The hot springs were also very nice. The food was also delicious. There is a 7-Eleven right next to it, which is convenient. I wanted to play table tennis, but I couldn't make it in time.

My 1 year and 4 month old son, my wife, and my husband stayed here.In conclusion, it was a very nice inn. There are four main reasons:1. Customer service is very politeFrom check-in to check-out, everyone provided courteous customer service from beginning to end, and I felt very comfortable.2.The rice is deliciousWe had dinner and breakfast, both of which were very delicious. They also prepared meals and high chairs for the children, and my son was very satisfied with his meal.3.The room has a nice viewI stayed in a room with a panoramic view of Lake Hamana and Lake Hamana Pal Pal, and the view was so good that I was fascinated by it while sitting on a chair.4. Lots of bathsI believe there were about seven types of baths in total, including lying baths, open-air baths, cascading baths, and jacuzzi baths. It was relaxing and relaxing. One thing that bothered me was that the air conditioner in the room was making strange noises, even when I was sleeping. Everyone, including me, slept soundly.Overall, it was a very good inn.As the name suggests, I felt so relaxed and relaxed that I forgot the time, and I would like to visit again. Thanks to you, I had a great holiday.

Japanese room 12 tatami Japanese bedMy mother and I stayed on a plan that included Kaikatei's famous freshly cooked eel kamameshi breakfast and dinner. The room had just been renovated, so it was very clean and still had that new building smell. The bath in the room was large and new, so even though I took the opportunity to take a bath in the hot spring, I ended up taking a bath in the room before going to bed as well. When you wave your hand over the sink, hot water automatically comes out.I didn't particularly use water, but there was a knob under the sink that could be used to adjust the temperature when you squat down, so it seems like you can adjust the temperature even when the water is good. The response from the front desk and staff was very good. There are 5 hot springs in addition to the sauna and cold bath, and I liked the jacuzzi and lying bath.My only concern was the food. The famous eel kamameshi for dinner...I had the impression that it was either good or bad. I thought this was the main dish because it was written in the plan name, but it didn't have much of an impact and the taste was average. There weren't many ingredients in the chawanmushi and the taste was too much. The overall appearance was nice, but the only meat I had was something like sukiyaki, and although the volume and number of items were so filling that I had to leave it all, I felt like it was missing something. This was a delicious conversation between the two of us! The word never came out.Dried fish was served at breakfast, but it was cold and I was very disappointed.I wanted to eat warm dried fish.My mother said that there were a lot of pre-made ingredients.I thought it was like vegetarian cuisine. Also, there was a female foreign staff member who had very good customer service, but since I came here so many times, she even delivered the food to me, and I was seated at least once within 5-10 minutes. As expected, I felt a little uncomfortable as the conversation was interrupted.Since we were using a 4-seater table with two people, we had double the space to put food, so it was okay to eat a little more slowly.I was very satisfied with the hot spring and the room!It was 20,000 yen per person on weekdays, so I wish they had adjusted the number of items and the volume and had something a little better.I'm really disappointed in the food.
