Their service is wonderful. We left a charger in our room and they quickly locate it and return it. I understand that they use a plastic bag to hold all customer property left in their room and labelled it with dates and room no. …

The view was great. And the dinner and breakfast were very delicious. I want to eat them again. And there are the outdoor and indoor traditional bath. They are the most powerful adventages.

We stayed overnight at the weekend. The rooms were new and nice, but you could hear everything in the corridor, so a bit difficult to sleep. The onsen was great, there are two an outdoor and an indoor one.The breakfast was terrible. Actually it's not a breakfast it's just recycled stuff from dinner. If you like dinner for breakfast, it's OK, but if you like breakfast for breakfast, it's no good at all. I had to go to Dennys by the station to get some breakfast. So, with the noisy rooms and the hassle of getting breakfast a long way away on town, I'll give it 2 stars, because it's not particularly relaxing for an onsen hotel.

Amenities was good. Staff were nice. They are not used to dealing with with vegetarian customer but salute on the team for the service recovery. I didn't expect there were no bathroom inside but the onsens are still very much worth it.

I did not sleep in this place but I actually went to the hotspring several times. ||||It has, indeed, a very nice natural onsen with inside and outside (hot and cold) bathtubs and sauna. It takes 15-20 minutes to arrive there from the train station on foot, but it is nice to have a walk before and after going into the water.

Went there during the best season of Japan. The morning view was breathtaking! Love the downtown touch in the area. Room was super cool and clean. Offered yokata. Enjoyed their hotspring as well. The hotspring has indoor and outdoor option. Loved the outdoor set up. The milk vending machines were life saving there in onsen! Yummm and cold! The souvenir shop downstairs has soo many cheap options as well. They also sell snacks over there.

Not tattoo friendly…just so you know because it’s not stated anywhere before you enter the onsen itself.
