Amazing Inn that includes an Onsen, dinner and breakfast, with Vending machines if you're snackish. The staff thoroughly go above and beyond for you as well. Free WiFi available as well as a lift to any nearby stations as well as luggage delivery.

The bath is small, so if it's full, it gets crowded depending on the time. The barrel-like bath was extremely cold. by chance?I think the food and service are good for the price, but the bath...the quality of the spring water is top notch. There were no convenience stores nearby, and I was in trouble because I couldn't buy alcohol from the vending machines.

Hotel with reasonably sized rooms, large futons on a bed-like platform, very small bathroom with washlet toilet. Japanese breakfast and dinner (half board) included, very good quality. …

1. Staff are all very nice and polite2. The worst thing is the food. Dinner is not good, no hot food, not much food and we need to drive to family mart to buy cup noddle3. Onsen is real but no good view4. In view of the price, the price is cheap. However, food is important you better go outside to have dinner

Come here just for the food (breakfast & dinner), the hot springs, the ropeway and the calm. Staff is very forthcoming and attentive. The rooms however are a timecapsule to the 80s/early 90s. It's somewhat of an experience just for that. Bathroom is workable but far from current standards. The age shows. A major and simple improvement would be new shower heads. Everything is clean though, so complaints are just about the level of luxury, not about how the hotel is run. It's excellent (!) value for money just for the hot springs and the food.
