Welcome baby inn in name only.I leave breakables in the room, and even if the waiter drops a bowl and breaks it, I just pay for it and he says, ``It'll be fine,'' and he brings out sashimi that a child wouldn't be able to eat...The food is probably delicious, but the beef stew that is introduced is just bitter and not tasty. The scenery is divided into two by the condominiums built on the sea side. Some of the employees were cheerful and kind to children, but the waiter in the room was terrible. If you are not concerned about the safety of your child/baby, please do not call yourself Welcome Baby.

Food was the highlight of the trip, very very good. Hotel was a little rundown compared to other ryokans I’ve stayed at. Some corners cut (turning off the AC in the lobby, was a little hot when we checked in).Male and female onsens are switched daily because they’re not the same. One has a cold plunge and a sauna so they need to switch. They’re a little stingey on the towels too, usual ryokans replace towels for you but here they expect you to reuse. For Japanese standards I was a little disappointed however I still had a good time. Gave me the impression the hotel was struggling so they need to be cost efficient, but it was visible at customer touch points.

Pleasant stay, highly recommended! It is a 5mins walk with stairs from Atami Station, our friend had a leg injury and the kind lady owner offered to pick us up and drop us off at the station. The Kiso room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful private open air bath, great for first time onsen-goers who need more privacy. We were served japanese sweets and tea after arriving. The staff were very accomodating as one of our friend does not take raw fish (sashimi) and they kindly replaced all the sashimi with cooked dishes ❤️🥹The Kaiseki dinner was very delicious, sashimi was fresh and plated beautifully and had a great variety of dishes! Overall, really good experience and thank you to the caring staff! ❤️ will definitely visit again ありがとうございます!

You can relax in the elegant atmosphere of a long-established inn.I've been here twice for social gatherings at work. Most social gatherings are held at overnight stays, but since I was participating in a day trip, I reduced the number of stars in guest rooms. The food was delicious.I can't eat it all.Even first-time visitors can arrive at the ryokan in less than 10 minutes on foot from Atami Station, making it easy to access.Because it is a day trip, please match the Shinkansen time for the return trip.(Considerations for the elderly and people with disabilities) I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing transportation and for your undue consideration.

The entrance to the inn from the highway is a little difficult to find, but it is a very good, long-established inn. The room had been renovated and was beautiful.

The building is old and has the atmosphere of an old-fashioned inn.The food was delicious and the portions were full. The people at the front desk and Mr. Nakai also had very pleasant customer service. One thing that bothered me was the closet in the room. I understand that the bottom is empty and difficult to clean, but it's full of dust, and if something you hang on the hanger falls to the bottom, you'll end up covered in dust.It was a shame because the room was clean, so I would like them to vacuum the hollow area under the closet.

I used it on a family trip.Perhaps because it is an old building with a long history, it has the impression that it is aging in places. It was a minus that there was a little mold in the room bath. However, the food and the public bath were wonderful. The response from all the staff was excellent and I was generally satisfied.
