When my relatives come to Izu for business, they always book a room at Tenbo as a place to entertain them. The baths, rooms, and hospitality are all highly rated. This time, I had a very early departure the next day, and I knew in advance that I would only be able to eat breakfast for about 10 minutes according to the breakfast start time on the website. Therefore, I called in advance to ask if I could enter the breakfast venue earlier, or if I could take out the breakfast in a small bento box.On the phone, I was told that I could start the race 15 minutes earlier, and I had told my relatives as well. However, at check-in on the day, it was explained that the breakfast time was according to the website.Although I had provided the dates of my stay and the names of the guests when making inquiries, I was disappointed that the information was not shared with the hotel. In the end, they were able to get us 15 minutes earlier, but it felt like we were complaining, which didn't make us feel good.Since I needed to check out quickly, I paid the bill at the time of check-in.When I checked out, all I had to do was return the key to the room, but the front desk was crowded and there was no other staff nearby to talk to.If other staff members had been there, it would have only taken 5 seconds, but I ended up leaving in a hurry, which left a bad impression on me during my stay.We would like to use you again. If we receive irregular inquiries like this one, we would be able to recommend you to more people if you could share information and respond flexibly on the day.

I used a set invitation ticket for a veggie lunch buffet and hot spring bath at the Izunagaoka Onsen Hotel that I received as a wedding gift for my niece. After arriving at the hotel, we received detailed instructions from the front desk and had a buffet meal at the venue. As the title suggests, the Veggie Zukushi menu also included vegetable curry and tomato curry, and it was a very satisfying meal. Of course, I was able to take a relaxing soak in the hot spring included in the set in the beautiful large public bath. After taking a bath, we once again received a drink service at the lunch venue, and after a break we headed back home. Thank you for the meal.

I made a reservation in a hurry during Silver Week. Perhaps by chance, the open-air guest room was empty.1. There was no special guidance to the parking lot, but they helped me with my luggage.2. Thank you for the welcome drink for everyone.3.Other people wrote that the food was not good, but the portion was sufficient and we liked the taste, and it was more than worth the price.4. The room has a large enough open-air bath with a massage chair. I was able to do it slowly ^_^5.The staff were also very kind.My request would be to have a shampoo bar. I'll come back later.

The response from all the staff was great! There was one thing that didn't feel right.I used a room with an open-air bath, but there was a cup left unwashed that the previous guest had probably used. . .I didn't use it, but I think some people may be offended by it.However, I had a great stay, so I will give it a rating of 5!

A hotel located on a hill in the Izunagaoka hot spring townI thought it would be a huge area, but it's not that big, it's medium-sized.The staff were very responsive. The explanation of the inside of the museum was thorough and gave me a good impression. When there are a lot of staff, there are likely to be some who feel uncomfortable, but I didn't encounter any during this stay.Meals are a matter of taste, but the half-buffet and kaiseki meals for dinner were not good in taste or ingredients. There may also be a cost issueThe breakfast buffet was average, so I thought it would be possible to lower the cost by making dinner a full buffet as well. The bathroom was small, but there was a sauna too.The 2 or 3 bathtubs are also spacious. The open-air bath is not small either. It feels clean and is not difficult to use.The hot spring was hot and felt good.I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, but the bathtub in the room was large. It is said to be free-flowing.It is a little difficult to use because it is separated from the washroom. The air conditioner in the room was old and the noise was bothersome.Maybe the pot is old or it's a setting issue, but even if I keep it warm, the reboil buzzer periodically rings in the middle of the night, and I wake up many times thinking it's an alarm clock. If the food and aging issues are improved, there will be repeat visits.Anyway, I was impressed by how well the staff responded, and there was an atmosphere where you could laugh off some of the negative aspects.
