I chose it because it was cheap, but I regret that I should have read the reviews before booking.It's really aimed at foreigners.It feels like a slightly cheaper hotel overseas...It was so dirty that I couldn't believe it was in Japan, especially the communal bath and toilet. I tried to put up with it, but the bathroom was extremely dirty.The bed and amenities were okay, but everything else was terrible.There's a toothbrush but no cup, the sink is in the hallway, and there's a hair dryer in the room, but it's small, windy, and smelly, so it's better to bring your own.The smell of tatami and dust in the room gave me a headache🥵If you check out by 5 minutes, you will be charged 1000 yen, so be careful! !

The man who runs the hotel is super friendly.Good room to explore the city and better location, a couple of minutes from the subway station and about 10 from the main Shinjuku station.Common areas quite dirty with dust and in the bathrooms you often find urine from the material.There is only one shower for each sex in the entire hotel

sorry. No joke, it's a juvenile detention center.I checked out within 5 minutes of checking in.The photo just makes it look niceIt was really unsanitary now.It is better for you not to make a reservation as you cannot cancel it.

Dont stay here. We stayed 4 nights and none of the facilities were cleaned once in this time. Toilets stunk and had skid marks, bathrooms are black with mould. One of the bathrooms was so bad that I couldn't walk in there because the smell was so overwhelming. The floor in the bathroom where you walk into shower you could almost fall through as it's soft from rot. Cleanliness was my biggest issue. I wasn't worried about the size of the room.Bar fridge in our room didn't work.

Hotel well located in Shinjuku but the rooms are in deplorable condition...the sheets do not look clean and there is a smell of humidity...The shared bathroom is not at all appealing. To be honest we didn't even stay there night and preferred to take another hotel even if it meant paying the price.

Good location if you’re stuck in Shinjuku for the night and you don’t mind an incredibly run down place with a stained bed to stay the night, no noise proofing so bring some white noise or earplugs, two showers shared by all floors and pretty stingy bathrooms. Overall this is more of a last minute I need a bed to sleep than somewhere I’d ever suggest booking for the price. Just stay at a love hotel it’s just as cheap haha

Cleaning is not done properly!The walls are thin and you can hear the people next doorElevator needs to be installed immediately!The water supply was very disappointing.The only saving grace is the friendliness of the receptionist!I need the bed replaced immediately!It's completely different from the photo, so be careful

I URGE FUTURE TRAVELERS TO BE CAUTIOUS AND THOROUGHLY CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING!!!!I recently stayed at Hotel&Co. Sagami, and unfortunately, my experience was far below my expectations. The advertisements on the website were highly misleading and did not accurately represent the actual conditions of the hotel.The shower room was particularly disappointing. It was not shown in any of the photos online, and upon arrival, I understood why. It was poorly maintained, dirty, and not up to basic hygiene standards. This is a clear case of false advertising.The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were also subpar. The amenities promised were either missing or not as described. I have stayed at many hotels, and this is by far the worst experience I've had.I hope Agoda and other booking platforms implement stricter guidelines to ensure hotels provide accurate and honest representations of their properties.

worst. There is no one at the counter, so you have to rely on the speaker and camera to check in. The pronunciation is not good, and it's hard to understand what you say into the loud speaker, and anyway, check-in is difficult for people who don't speak Japanese. Even white people who are good at English couldn't check in and asked us.The interior of the room and the bathroom were very dirty, and the sink was in the hallway, so people woke up every time they used water. Since it is a tatami room, there are a lot of dirty foreign substances in the crevices of the tatami, so I don't want to step on the tatami itself. It was the worst accommodation that did not even have the minimum basics that a lodging should have. It's a little better than sleeping on the streets. Don’t be fooled into going because it’s cheap.

Remote check-in - there was no one at the reception desk, only a video intercom and an “administrator” who could not be understood in English at all.For about half an hour he tried to explain something to me, until I asked a passing Japanese for help.As it turned out, I just had to throw my registration card into a special box, after which the administrator remotely opened the case with the room key. Why this couldn’t have been done in the morning, when he came in person, I don’t understand.Room without toilet and shower, the shower itself is shared on 5 FLOORS! General means that it is 1 leika for all men and 1 leika for women. In the men's shower, the atmosphere was approximately the same as if cows or pigs had been washed there before, although, most likely, even they are treated better in Japan than the administration treats hotel guests.There were sinks right in front of the door to my room, so it was impossible to sleep after 6 am.Bonus to everything - I was fined for late eviction 🤣The only opportunity to take a proper shower was when everyone started leaving closer to 10 o’clock. It turns out that I have to check out before this time (the idea for the hotel is to set check-out at 6 am in order to fine everyone), in the end, because I was able to wash myself and checked out 15-20 minutes later, I was fined 1000 yen.

I guess you get what you pay for haha.. but the hotel was dirty, the entire hotel only had 2 bathrooms to bathe in (meaning you share the 2 bathroom with the whole entire hotel). The rooms felt like tiny storerooms. There isn’t anybody on site to assist you, just 1 intercom at the front desk.

The photo is too fraudulent. The shared bath and toilet were dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned.I no longer trust photos. I moved to a new hotel within 5 minutes of my stay.
