My husband's birthday was October 16th, and we had originally booked a golf plan, but since we wanted to enjoy some sightseeing, we decided to cancel the golf plan and change to just an overnight stay.On the day of the event, when I went to the front desk to check in, the reply was that it had been canceled.I don't remember canceling, but I was told that the golf course canceled it.I was really disappointed, even though I had contacted the golf course. However, the hotel prepared a room for us in a hurry, and it was upgraded from the original room, so we were able to see the magnificent view of Mt. Fuji.Dinner was also French, and we were highly praised for the taste of the food.I was able to spend a quiet time in the room, and I am truly grateful to the staff. However, the birthday cake I had ordered as a surprise did not arrive, and since it had been added to the bill in the morning, I was able to properly discuss the matter. When I got in the car and was about to go home, someone brought a cake box to my car, but even though I had to go sightseeing all day that day, they brought me a cake (and it was yesterday's cake), and I was left in the hot car at a sightseeing spot. I was planning to eat it around noon, but it was already damaged so I threw it away.As a hotelier, I felt that the ability to consider things from the customer's perspective was lacking.Other than that, it was a wonderful memory.

Although it was an old hotel, it felt like a long-established hotel, and although the facilities were old, the cleaning and service were top notch. The food was also delicious (the bread in the course meals was even better when served warm). The food and public bath were both good. Unfortunately, I couldn't see much of Mt. Fuji due to the bad weather, but I'll save it for another time.

When I checked in, the front desk told me that the suite room had been canceled, so I would like to take you to that room for the same price. When I entered the room, I was surprised to find that it was luxurious and I could even see Mt. Fuji from the room, making it a very nice trip.I was also satisfied with the customer service from the staff. The only thing I would like is for the food to be a little more voluminous, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

As it is a long-established hotel that opened in 1963, the front desk staff is great, but the four employees talking about something at the lobby entrance are a nuisance. The bathroom was well-cleaned and seemed clean, but the room was a problem. First of all, half-finished paper rolls and wrapping paper were placed carelessly in the toilet (this was simply something left behind by the cleaning staff).Garbage under the bed. If you look at the bottom of the bedside table, you'll see sweets. Leftovers! This is no laughing matter. It can't be helped that the facilities are getting older since it's an aging building, but I think it would be a good idea to patch up the cracks in the table and the holes in the closet door with duct tape. There are many facilities that are old but still clean. However, I don't think that the employees are at fault, but some of them may be neglecting their duties, or the management may think it's okay and don't provide additional equipment training.

On a rainy Saturday, I decided to find somewhere to stay after driving, and since it was raining (I wouldn't be able to see Mt. Fuji anyway), I booked a slightly cheaper room. …
