I used two rooms, a pet room and a regular room, for my family's birthday trip.[Good points]・If you are bringing your dog with you, please guide them to the parking lot right next to the hotel, so you can easily enter the room with your luggage and dog.・The check-in instructions are simple and easy to understand, and you can reserve the pool on the 4th floor here.・At the dog entrance, there is a booth with decorations that change depending on the season, so you can enjoy taking photos.・The room facilities are very clean・The floor of the room is less likely to put a strain on your dog.Cushion mat flooring・Enriched amenities such as food dishes, water dishes, pet sheets, deodorizers, and purifiers.・Room service dog meals arrive super fast・The foot washing area for dogs after playing in the sea is equipped with towels and a dryer.・There is an agility dog run, a garbage dump, and a doggy pool.・Foreign staff at the buffet not only greeted us when we passed each other, but also invited us to take family photos with them, and even babysat other customers' newborn babies. Great consideration・Since it was Halloween season, the staff wore playful pirate hats.・All rooms have an ocean view, so you can enjoy the outside scenery even in the rain, and the lanterns next to the river light up at night, adding to the atmosphere of the hot spring town.[Places that need improvement]・An extremely small dog might be able to slip through the fence on the balcony, so I want the fence to have a net or other measures to prevent dogs from jumping out.・I want a vending machine or water server on each floor.・There is a fan in the bathhouse, but there is only an air conditioner in the room, so it would be nice to have one.・I would appreciate it if there was milk on the buffet.・It became a hot topic with other walkers that there were many dogs who only went to the bathroom outside, so it would be nice if the dog run had a covered area.It was our first family trip, but it was comfortable and we had some great memories.I would like to use it again.thank you very much.

We used the high floor Japanese-Western room: Room 912. There are two rooms, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room, and it is very spacious.It looked new after renovations. There are two Daikin air conditioners, both of which are new. The TV seemed to be internet-enabled, but it was not connected to the internet (the settings on the TV could not be changed). The HDMI terminal was extended to make it easier to connect the HDMI cable. Since I had brought an HDMI cable with me, I was able to connect it to my laptop and watch online videos (WIFI was available without any problems). The bed was a Simmons bed and was very comfortable.The large public bath uses water flowing directly from the source with some water added, and both the indoor and outdoor baths were at just the right temperature, making it possible to take a relaxing bath. There were three Daizon hair dryers in the men's bath. In the women's bathroom, there are two Dyson and two ReFa hair dryers, so you can tell the difference between the models.For meals, we chose the buffet for both dinner and breakfast. Although there was no live kitchen, there was a wide variety of dishes and many original menu items. There were grilled tuna and squid skewers, but unfortunately it was cold. But it was delicious.

I stayed here with my family of 3 ✼The children were also very happy as they were able to use the outdoor pool even after September (^^)There was a Halloween event held at the facility, and the staff spoke kindly to the children, so both parents and children were able to have a fun time.The room, public bath, and restaurant were clean and the food was delicious (^^)Next time I would like to bring my dog with me✼
