I made a reservation over the phone months in advance, but when I went on the day I was told they couldn't find my reservation.It was a good thing because the room happened to be open, but it would be bad if the room wasn't.When making a reservation over the phone, I thought it would be safer to ask for the other person's name, but I don't think that's the case anymore.

Used when going to Ecopa. Although it felt old, I felt that it was a good hotel in terms of cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. This will be my regular accommodation. I thought the breakfast buffet was the worst. The lineup is below that of a rural business hotel.

The rooms are not often cleaned. There may be hair on new towels, sanitary bags in the toilet not being collected, or dust on the floor.When I dropped something between my bed and my desk, there was a huge amount of dust. I was uncomfortable because I couldn't stop sneezing and my nose was running.I was supposed to reserve a smoking room, but it was a non-smoking room. I was confused when I checked with the lobby and was told that smoking was not allowed. When I checked the reservation screen, it was a smoking room, there was a sign on the bed that said "Please refrain from smoking in bed," and the room smelled of cigarettes. The chairs also had holes from cigarette burn. I'm not sure.There is a smoking area outside.The height limit for underground parking is 1.9m. The curves were sharp, the roads were not well-maintained, and it was dark.I think the customer service was good.The location is very good, about 1 minute walk from Kakegawa station.

When I entered the room, I found hair, candy crumbs, and other dust on the shelves. I was surprised that the towels were also smelly.I wish they would clean more properly.

I was invited by a customer from Kakegawa to a party and stayed there.It's conveniently located in front of the station, and the facilities are excellent.This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

It is located right in front of Kakegawa Station, and the parking lot is underground. I was disappointed that the coin laundry was located in the underground parking lot. However, although the room felt old, there was nothing particularly unpleasant about it, and although the breakfast buffet was not luxurious, the omelets were made on the spot and were delicious.
