These facilities respect Japanese inn culture and pride themselves on serving carefully prepared dishes that make use of local, seasonal ingredients. The reviews seem to be good, but I think there is a discrepancy between the price and the total content. I'm sure managing such a wooden house is difficult and frustrating. There is a relatively similar inn in Yuyugawara. I guess it will cost a certain amount since it includes hot springs, meals, housing management, garden, etc.

*This is just my personal opinion.I stayed there because I was drawn to the quaint rooms, cave hot springs, and sauna, but the room smelled like a manga cafe, and the entrance (to the room) smelled like a school shoe rack. ) The bath smelled a little musty, and I didn't feel like I was in a luxury inn at all.The food was delicious, but I was disappointed that the ingredients were not worth the price, the soup was overcooked, and the tea that was served at the end was leftover (honestly, the best part was the rice balls for dinner). .Also, even though it is a "luxury inn", the customer base is poor. The washbasin in the changing room of the public bath was flooded with white liquid (cleansing milk?), and in the restaurant there were people who were constantly shouting rude words like "Busss!", etc. No matter where I was, I felt calm. I couldn't.As others have written, voices can easily be heard in restaurants, and the quality of the guests next to you can greatly affect your accommodation experience, so if that problem can't be resolved, I think it's better to eat in your room. .Recently, many establishments use UV rays to sterilize shared footwear in the building, but we don't have such a machine, so someone else is wearing shoes that have been worn by one person, which is a hygienic concern. It has become.I think the staff are doing their best to cope with the labor shortage since the coronavirus pandemic, but the quality may not be keeping up with the soaring cost of accommodation. It's a shame because the staff are very friendly.

I've been to many hotels so far, but this is a special one!The building, which is also a historical cultural property, was warm and very comfortable. The food is so delicious that you can't help but ask about the production area and ingredients.I could feel the attention to detail in the carefully selected tableware and furniture. It's an inn that you won't be ashamed to choose, so I highly recommend it!
