It's a shame that I couldn't see the vegetables sliding. However, since I got to see the cat slipping, I'll give it a higher rating. And there were two poor victims. It was sad.

It was my first time staying here. The check-in counter was at a shop and there was hardly anyone in charge, so other guests were also confused. It may have been a coincidence, but I didn't have time to check in.The room I stayed in was a Western-style room with a unit bath. I can understand that maintenance is like this. The common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and stairs are quite clean. The room didn't feel unclean, but it was old and the bed was small. The bath and changing room are also very large and feel uncomfortable. There are piles of folded towels and bath towels. It's probably okay to use it.The food was okay. You won't feel like it's too little. Breakfast is a Japanese-only buffet. I'm glad the coffee went well with it too.I think ¥39,600 for one adult and two children is high, even with inflation. The nearby ski resort Snow Wave Park Shiratori Kogen also has poor courses, facilities, and staff. I think the service level has gone down due to a lack of staff. I probably won't go there again, but I think it will be useless unless there are major improvements, including the hotel.

This was definitely the worst hotel I've ever been to. Even if we ignore the fact that the toilet and bath are not in private rooms, I think there are too many improvements to be made.

A hotel with good value for money but poor service.Cost: 4Room: 3Meals: 3Service: 1■Cost: 5I stayed there on Saturday and Sunday for 11,450 yen/person.It's cheap if it's next to a ski resort and it's on Saturdays and Sundays.■Rooms: 3Two people stayed in a Japanese-style room. It's spacious enough for 2 people, but I think it will be quite small if 4 people stay here. There was also an air conditioner, so the temperature was no problem. It also had a washroom. The toilet was shared and had a toilet seat with a shower, so there was no problem. However, the door did not close properly. Elementary school children had trouble opening and closing the bag.■Meals: 3Dinner was miso chicken hotpot and side dish buffet. There were about 10 types of side dish buffet, including shumai, fried squid, spring rolls, and crepes for dessert, so I was able to eat to my heart's content.Breakfast was a buffet with about 10 different kinds, and the ingredients were comparable to those found in business hotels.■Service: 1This is the worst. For reservations, cancellation fees will apply from 10 days in advance. Moreover, there is a 40% cancellation fee from 10 days in advance. At night, the building is locked after 7pm and you cannot go out.I smoke, but there is a smoking area outside, so when I asked where I could smoke after 7pm, I was told that I could not smoke. The website states that there is a smoking area, but this is mostly false. The staff also seem unmotivated. My office is near a smoking area, and I could hear some kind of yelling coming from there. In addition, although Wifi was mentioned in the guidebook, it was not usable at all as posted by other people. I wish I could erase it.■OverviewThe cost performance is good, but don't expect too much service.I went for skiing, but I don't think the hotel is that bad if you just want to sleep.

Accommodations for ski camps for junior high school or elementary school students. It's a facility that doesn't fit the times. The only toilet was on the floor, and if I woke up in the middle of the night with the urge to urinate, I had to go to the toilet in the cold. Most of the rooms didn't have baths or toilets, so I didn't think there was any consideration for menstruation.I would like to see some kind of renovation work or remodeling and a unit bath. The toilet on the floor in question is brighter than before, probably because of the LED lights, but the hallway is still the same. It's scary at night. Please set the mood with safety in mind rather than the mood.We understand that there is a shortage of employees given the current situation, but there are almost no employees available at night. It's amazing how each of us can do our best even when we're in trouble. Even though they were there, they seemed reluctant to ask questions about the facilities. I was just plain angry. I'm really worried about Chimbel, who doesn't have enough employees and is meaningless. If you're going home, you're home! ! ! If you don't want me to speak to you, don't speak to me! ! It's refreshing to write this clearly.I first came here about 10 years ago, and I was in 3rd grade at the time, so I had the impression that I had a lot of fun, but now that the internet has become so popular, everyone from small children to the elderly uses smartphones. By the way, since it's in the mountains, you can't connect to the Wi-Fi provided at the facility. I can't connect to Wi-Fi. As others have said, we also need to strengthen our Wi-Fi.However, since the TV is located on top of the mountain, the channels are limited. It's good because I can watch the news etc. There's no elevator, so you'll have to waddle up to the third floor with your skis, change of clothes, and other luggage. He's barely an adult man. I thought it was quite difficult even for an adult woman. It seemed a little difficult to see Chibi-chan, who was about the age of a kindergartener, desperately trying to climb up. We do not recommend this facility if you are bringing small children as there is no consideration for small children.Going up and down the stairs is still as difficult as it was 10 years ago when I was in third grade.Showa era! ! I'd like to say something like that, but I don't know what kind of era the Showa era was, so I can't say that, but at least it's impossible in the late Heisei or Reiwa eras. The food tastes pretty good compared to the price. The morning buffet also focuses on Japanese food. The number of items is also small. Employee's attitude is bad. You can see people looking sluggish when ordering drinks. Nearby restaurants still have decent customer service. It was kind of disappointing overall.
