I already fall in love this hotel as all facilities and amenities provided are comfort. The impression started since checking in, nice service from all concerned staff. Buffet dinner and breakfast are very good. …

Tough one to rate! Onsen was excellent, food was great, service was good, rooms were big... main bad point- toilet needs updating or deep clean and bed was terrible... could feel the springs and if you move if feel like you’re on a boat. Didn’t sleep very well.Another great point is they provide baby food at breakfast & Dinner. Good idea!!One bad point, although they have good measures for corona especially asking you to wear a glove when taking food (buffet)... the staff do not use gloves when touching cutlery, food etc and when they clear tables...

Lovely in and out door hot spring. Great staff. Buffet dinner variety could have been better. But tasted good. Sushi, crab legs, tempura etc. Breakfast was the same, lacked in variety but was good. Traditional and western.Location was nice. Free bus service from the train station.Room was ok. Only issue, tv cannot be watched from tatami room.Over all hotel needs some updating. Hallway carpets ,hanged pictures looking tired.
