Even though the official website states that it is an all-inclusive and elegant time, the lounge hours are short, from 15:00 to 18:00 and from 21:00 to 23:00. there is no.Do they think that they will attract customers because the snacks are children's sweets such as "gummy bears, ramune, konpeito sugar, small cookies, and pretzels"?It's not even comparable to other all-inclusive hotels, so I think the people involved should reflect on the reviews a little more.If you have gone to the trouble of rebranding, you should cherish this period. Also, two of the hair dryers in the women's bath were out of order, but when I informed the staff they said that sometimes the wind power is weak. They turned a blind eye and told me to try something else, but that's not good!

Stayed for 3 nights in mid-October 2024.I used Mercure Nagano Matsushiro a month and a half ago and liked it so I came to Lake Hamana this time😊🚗³₃After checking in, there are amenities (shave, comb, 2 cotton pads, 2 cotton swabs, and nail sharpener set) next to the front desk. The room is spacious and has been renovated and the furniture is new and clean. There is also a sofa, table and chairs. Is it a 60 inch large screen TV?Bed mattress is good. Her room wear is a dark blue yukata. In the lobby, there was also information on yukatas for children measuring 100 cm and 120 cm.The washroom has hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, body milk, and toothbrushes. You can switch between three showers in the room.Water service is available on the first day only. There is a lounge on the first floor that guests can use.15:00-18:00 Beer, red and white wine, soft drinks, snacks21:00 - 23:00 Shochu, whiskey, soft drinks, 2 more types of snacks than lunch. As expected of Lake Hamana! There were also eel bone sweets 😀The large public bath is called ``Yuto Onsen'' and the water comes from 500 meters underground. The women's bath is a normal hot spring bath, a silk bath (micro bubbles remove waste products) and a carbonated bath (carbonated hot springs promote blood circulation).Open-air bath.More than 20 showers. The good thing is that the cleansing oil, lotion, and emulsion are not cheap and are from Sekkisei! ️It's behind the hair dryer in the changing room. There is also a cleansing machine right after you take a bath. There are 5 hair dryers and 2 in the back. There is only one bag to put your towels in when going from your room to the public bath. There is also a lounge at the hot springs from 15:00 to 23:00.Two types of vinegar juice, water, tea, and sweet sake depending on the time. The spacious area had a nice sofa.I would like to use a different Mercure again 😊

I stayed in a renovated room with good facilities, so I think I was very satisfied.Wi-Fi in the room was inconvenient, such as registering an email address. The food was 120 points, both in terms of menu and taste.Even though it was a weekday, it was difficult to get a seat and it took a long time to get the food 😓 It's scary to think about the weekend.Even with that in mind, I would still stay here again 😊

What happened? Last time I stayed at Yatsugatake, the food was very delicious, but what is it like here? For burgers, you just sandwich the cold meat... Furthermore, the meat was dry. I was looking forward to the Graffois Burger, but I thought it would be okay to get a BLT, but I thought it would be delicious, but it tasted too bad. It's a live kitchen in name only, and there are no staff. The business hotel Aurelein in Shizuoka City, where I stayed the day before, was much better.I'm sorry, but there will definitely be no repeats.

I had a terrible experience at a restaurant for dinner, when there were no plates at all, but the waiter told me that they probably had them, so I had no choice but to eat on a tray. …
