I used it for an overnight stay after sightseeing in Gero Onsen.place:It's located in a quiet and peaceful place a little up the mountain from Gero Onsen, so I was able to relax and relax without any noise.service:Personally, the dinner was the most delicious I've ever had at an inn or hotel. The meat, fish, and vegetables are all fresh, beautiful, and delicious!I was impressed by how cute the garnishes of the locally grown seasonal vegetables were, and how each dish was carefully seasoned with different flavors. All the other dishes were delicious, and the timing of the food delivery was very good, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a relaxed manner. The bath is also great!Room:It was well kept and very clean. Also, since it was summer, they had a kettle with ice-cold water in addition to the hot water kettle, which I was very happy about as I didn't have this at other inns. The staff at the inn were very kind and polite, and it was a great inn.

2024.7.26It was a beautiful Japanese-style room close to the bathroom,Sanitary box in the toilet of the roomI was concerned about hair falling on the futon, so I guess I gave it a ☆.Apparently it was fully booked, so I guess it was busy. The food is very delicious and elaborately prepared. The bath is also great 💡It's nice that the surroundings are quiet 💡The signal is quite weak, so the free Wi-Fi connection in the building is essential.Great for digital detox!Added 2024.7.27The breakfast was also luxurious, but there was something like a piece of plastic in the yogurt...Did I miss a device or something?☆ is probably 2.5.

Each meal is carefully prepared, and the decorations are beautiful. It was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. From the restaurant, we could see the illuminated water wheel in the garden, and enjoy a relaxing moment listening to the sound of the water and forgetting about our busy daily lives. It's far away from the hot spring town, and it's deep in the mountains, so there's no place to walk around. (I'm scared that I might run into a bear)Unfortunately, it was a cloudy night, so I couldn't see any stars in the sky, but I think the stars would have been beautiful if it had been a clear day.

It was the best value for money ryokan I encountered during my trip to Japan.Quiet and clean rooms, small but great hot springs, and friendly staff.I don't think I will ever forget the taste of Hida beef grilled on a brazier in a space just for the group and the variety of delicious foods I ate until my stomach exploded.
