I found this place extremely comfortable. The beds are good quality and I forgot I was staying in a dorm as the room was so peaceful. Also great location and friendly. The difficulty is now finding somewhere else that matches up with this place's value for money!

Amazing ! Except the cleanliness should improve. Specifically underneath the bed mattress should be cleaned better also the restrooms! Please ! They just need to perform a deep cleaning and dust because there’s a lot of dust particles found on the exhaust fan and windows .Showers are incredibly small though. Not ideal for curvy or tall and big guests . Cant really shower properly because your arm might hit the wall. However the best bed I’ve slept in at a capsule hotel in Tokyo!Happy customer!

Stayed Friday-Saturday. Inside the capsule is a dimmable light, one USB, and one power source. It was much cleaner than I imagined based on other people's reviews, and the surroundings were quiet so I slept soundly. The locker was small, so I didn't use it and left my luggage inside the capsule.I didn't use the shower, but there were toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom. The toilet was also clean and beautiful. There is a smoking area and vending machine right outside the entrance.I would like to use it again because it has a good balance of price and facilities.

It was farther from the station than expected and there was a lot of dust inside the capsule. The bathroom smells and looks clean, but it doesn't feel clean. There are no facilities available, and it costs more than 40,000 won per night and 50,000 won per night. I wonder if I should pay this money to stay. However, the situation around Shinjuku is not better, so unless you change the neighborhood, you have to keep your mouth shut.

They have two buildings, one near the other. In the photo is an older building. I lived in a new one, the video is from there. Nice place, cool inside, good ventilation, slept without problems.

There are so many bed bugs.I crushed about 5 bed bugs. Apparently the mattress was dried in the sun the next morning, but it wasn't enough. It is hidden in the black mesh on the side of the pillow.
