This is a slightly older hotel. I guess it can't be helped that the room is small. The only amenities are toothbrushes. It's fine if you're using it for work, but it might be difficult to stay overnight. There was a lot of cleaning, and the buttons on the washlet were brown and dirty, which I didn't like.Tickets for breakfast are available at the front desk.

Another DP: Requested a taxi. Was told it will be arrive in 3 min. Taxi charged 400 Yen for pick up. We were not told and another 100 for service fee? Very shady. Stay away.||Overall the room again was small. We had to catch a flight so we did not enjoy the breakfast

Do not expect the quality of the food at breakfast, which is mostly packaged food from the factory.
It's because the world standard is carried out, to offer the lower cost prices, which is unavoidable.

Room was small. Smaller than traditional Japanese business hotel. I have stayed in Via Inn and it's a lot smaller. No upgrade for Platinum member!||Breakfast was good. Location to train was good. But we were not safisfied||Do not come here thinking they will offered any perks for status members

It’s great for the value of staying in Tokyo, as you know, you need a place to sleep and relax, and walkable from Jr station, nothing more than this, so as long as clean and quiet that’s what I need. Staff are very nice too

Great service from all staff, great location, and good breakfast included in room rate. As a 6'4" male, rooms were a bit tight for me but I know that's how Japan is in many cases. I'd stay here again simply just for the value and location!

I am very satisfied with the hotel's services. Courtesy and cleanliness at the highest level. I felt like I was in a five-star hotel. Breakfasts were very tasty, quite monotonous, but there were so many options that you could try something different every day. I recommend it with a clear conscience. The room is large, the front desk service is very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. There are many various restaurants nearby. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Kanda Station, which is very convenient!

The location is really great. I was surprised to see that the room was smaller and narrower than I expected, which is typical of Japan, but it was a room that showed excellent use of space. After staying for a few days, I found that it was much more cozy than I expected and was perfect for staying alone. The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it changed slightly every day and was very tasty. The biggest advantage and weapon of this hotel is the service of the staff, and all of them were very friendly. Because of this, I felt good throughout my stay. Perhaps because of the location, the room rate is a little high, but it is still a place I intend to stay again, and in fact I have already made a reservation.

I used it for job hunting.The room was clean. This is a compact hotel with only one elevator, so it can get crowded at times.The breakfast was just a bonus, but it was surprisingly delicious.

You should take the east exit of the JR station and cross the road, it takes around 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. There is a 7-11 convenience store just a short walk away. And if you turn to the other side and cross the busy street, there is an AEON supermarket. And free breakfast is provided daily which is absolutely an extra plus point.

The staff at the store are very polite and pleasant.The rooms were not very spacious, but they were clean and I had no complaints.And the breakfast is delicious! The buffet style doesn't have a lot of variety, but it's very delicious.I was surprised at how delicious even the so-called normal menu items such as miso soup and scrambled eggs were.The smoothie was also mildly sweet and easy to drink.Thanks to you, I ended up eating too much in the morning (lol)

It has very little comfort. Tiny rooms, bathroom more like a ship than a hotel but I think it's typical in Japan, breakfast room practically non-existent, in fact you have to choose a shift to eat and despite this you sometimes have to queue. Buffet almost exclusively savory, except for a few mini croissants and small croissants. The only positive note is the staff who are friendly and courteous. Location 10/15 minutes from the metro, convenient but not very convenient. Overall, I wouldn't choose it again.

Nice and friendly employees. Rooms, hallways and restaurant are clean. The restaurant is small, so you have to reserve a time for breakfast. The rooms are also quite small.
