I got stuck in a traffic jam and arrived late, but they made sure to prepare dinner for me, and the food was even more delicious than I expected. The breakfast was also very satisfying. The staff's response is also excellent. The bath is not large, but the quality of the hot spring is so good that you will want to take a bath again and again. The shampoo and other items are carefully selected, and the soothing scent can be found throughout the inn. The bed was a little hard...it's a high-end product, so I think it would be difficult, but I felt that if you could change it little by little, it would become a place you'd want to come back to again.

[Overview]A hot spring opened 13 years ago,The place was originally a forest school and was renovated. You can feel the nature, the hot springs are wonderful, and the quality of the cuisine is quite high.I would also like to go if the interior is in my price range.【thoughts】This is the best inn for adult detox. The quality of the hot springs and the food are as per the reviews.I felt it was extremely good. The walking course introduced is also perfect for an hour before meals.Personally, the staff's service was by far the best. This may be a demerit point for butlers at luxury hotels and those who like maid service, butThere are many young staff with a high level of consideration. The staff were perfect for people who like to talk.Because it's a local mountain lodge.Although there are many foreign staff, they all provide really warm and considerate service.I wonder if the manager was a little confused? lol(The quality of service is extremely high.)There may be a time, butThere were some stink bugs in the room,That's a little more...For those who also care about sofas, beds, and furnitureYou may be disappointed. However, this is the second timeThe quality of the spring water and the food were truly amazing.Bathed in the hot springs 6 times in 2 days (bathed for about 15 minutes each time)Of course, my skin was too moist,Blackheads and open pores are restored,I was really surprised. The cuisine is based on Japanese taste,The menu is a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine,When the person who cooks tastes it, he or she will immediately notice the level of care that goes into it.The breakfast was also really great.I simply wanted a little more. There are no convenience stores or anything around the area, soEnter the lounge with the lounge ticket that comes with it,I ate a lot of almond fish.(My stomach feels sad after eating the best food)The lounge offers canned chuhai and bottled beer for 1,100 yen. This is nothing. There is a mismatch between the taste and mood perceived by the customer and the price.Ah, it was my first time going around Takayama Station and it was amazing.

The onsen was great. However, the facilities really need to be improved. It's old, not tidy, and dangerous(lack of caution mark when it's needed and the room we were in got multiple bumps and gaps which made you fall down easily). This is the most dangerous hotel I have ever been to. My family got injured during our stay, which ruined our travel plan(he couldn't enjoy either the onsen or the trail nearby). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The experience there was extremely upset and disappointing. Doesn't worth the money.

The establishment is very old and has not been modernized since the 70s, but the hotel is quite expensive. The rooms were very clean. The rooms are spacious, but the television and toilet are the most modern in the whole room. The bathrooms do not correspond to the desired upscale flair, as the furnishings date from the 70s - 80s.The rooms are quite loud, you can still hear all the neighbors and people in the hallway very clearly. The leisure room (table tennis & table football) has also seen better days. The location is idyllic, but in the middle of nowhere and about 50 minutes by car from Takayama. There is only forest around the hotel and nothing within walking distance. The staff was nice and attentive, but only spoke very limited English. The breakfast is Japanese and without any variety, as was the (very expensive) dinner, which was also rather disappointing. You have to pay extra for everything during the meal, drinks, etc. As a European, I would personally advise against the hotel.

There were no notices on the stairs of the men's hot spring bath. I was injured when I stepped on the stairs at night. I rang the bell at the front desk and called for more than five minutes before getting a standard response. I believe that everyone knows how to say sorry in this situation, but the way to deal with the guest's injury by repeatedly saying sorry is really unacceptable.I just injured my ankle today. If I fell, wouldn't it be possible that no one would find me lying in the bathhouse until the next morning? In the room, I think the carpet is uneven and the hot water bottle filter is cracked. This is not what a resort should be in.For a foreign tourist, this is really very, very disappointing. It turns out that the service in Japan can be so bad.

The first time was when I got married, and the second time was for our wedding anniversary. He came to pick me up from the parking lot and I was impressed. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I especially like that they take care of the scent. Dinner was also tailored to our slow pace, so we really enjoyed it. The staff members talked to me about various things, listened to me, and the distance between them made me feel comfortable. Once you soak in the hot springs, it feels so good that you can't help but notice the time passing. Next time I would like to go with my family and relatives.P.S. I had it served for breakfast two years ago.I'm looking forward to the return of rice and milk!

It was my second stay (^o^)It's an environment where you can truly relax.I really love the staff, the food, and the hot springs. This is the kind of place you want to take your loved ones. But only two things. I will never forget the taste of white rice and milk for breakfast when I last visited in 2022. It was a great breakfast again this time, but it wasn't that white rice and milk. Will that white rice and milk no longer be available? I thought it would be nice to meet that taste again (^o^)

I used it on a family trip. I was with my 3 year old child and he was very satisfied with everything. The quality of the hot springs was very good and I was able to relax, and the quality of the food was better than I expected. Not only was the dinner delicious, but I was also surprised at how luxurious the breakfast was. What's more, the atmosphere was child-friendly and the staff were very kind, so the whole family had a great time. The quality of customer service was high, and the atmosphere in the room was calm and nice. I would definitely use it again!
