The rooms, location, and food were great, but the overall service, including customer service, was disappointing.・When I tried to retrieve my luggage from the front desk, the waiter roughly placed paper bags and luggage containing fragile souvenirs on the floor in front of me, and asked me to pick them up myself.・Although the waitress explains that drinks with meals will be free when guiding, there is actually a charge (although this is obvious...).・The drink you get with your meal is different from the one you ordered.・When paying at the reception desk, I told the person in charge, ``Instead of throwing the luggage on the floor and having the customer pick it up, I would like you to at least place it gently on the floor in front of the customer,'' but he replied, ``(The waitress) is still giving instructions. "So..." is all she says. Many of the employees, including the Nakai-san, are of foreign nationality, and I can see that they are trying to respond sincerely, but I think the inn could be trained a little more carefully. Masu.I can understand this if it's a cheap hotel, but this service is a bit disappointing at an inn of this rank.

As expected from a long-established inn👏😊💕From picking you up to seeing you offAll the staff serve customers with a smile. It felt so good. The cooking is not in a large hall, but in a semi-private room with partitions🙆‍♀️Everything was delicious with gentle seasoning using local ingredients ☺️The large public bath has an indoor bath and an outdoor bath, and the hot water was so thick that my skin felt smooth after bathing (did I feel that way?)There is a free ice box next to the drink vending machine after bathing, so don't forget to grab one.Personally, I liked the toothbrush🪥.

The single room is a little small, but it's acceptable.Unfortunately, the stool is too short and it would be very uncomfortable to sit on it.Breakfast is really not good enoughNo coffee😔If you want to drink, you can only go to the vending machine or the lounge to buy it.
