As someone who has been using the business since before it closed,There was no longer a drinking fountain in the changing room, and the open-air space that I liked the most had become much smaller, and I was quite disappointed that the pot bath had been abolished. There were two types of chairs in place of the pot bath, but since they are placed facing the entrance to the open-air bath, I think it would be better to improve the orientation.Since you have a garden, it might be better to go for it...I don't really understand the system for using the lockers in the changing room with the numbers given to me. I want to use any location I like, and in the past there was no such system. It would also be convenient if there was a clock in the open-air bath. I would like to change the body soap as it doesn't foam well. There are so many things I want to say. It's kind of disappointing😔

The udon itself is delicious, but it could be even better if the soup could be improved a little!

I heard that it had been renovated, so I went there when it was open. The bathroom was well-cleaned and beautiful. I thought the showers were all refurbished and expensive. However, do I need a referral even though I'm here to enjoy the hot springs? I thought... Even though I entered the open-air bath right after it opened, there were lots of bugs floating around. There were beaded cushions in the rest room, but even though most of the customers were older, I didn't think they would be able to stand up if they sat on them. What was most disappointing was that even though there was a beautiful restaurant, the menu was only udon noodles. The mushroom noodles have two pieces of uncut shiitake mushrooms, which are like dried shiitake mushrooms, making it difficult for an elderly person to bite into. The taste wasn't bad, but even though we're in the countryside, there aren't any dishes that use vegetables, and the selection is small, so I don't think we'll get repeat customers. I thought. However, the young girls who served us were very friendly. I think it's strange to spend money overall.I was disappointed that the receptionist did not greet me when I left.

I came here the other day to look forward to it after hearing that it had been renovated.First of all, I was hungry, so I went to the restaurant inside and entered the store.Several female staff members were sitting and chatting loudly without being shown around. On the spot, he instructed me to go deeper with just my hands.I didn't know where to sit, so I went back to the staff, who gave me half-smiles and directed me again with just my hand.picture? Does that mean I can sit wherever I like? When I asked him about it, he said yes for the first time.It was a shocking restaurant.I think you'll be more satisfied and comfortable if you eat somewhere else. The hot spring felt nice and made my skin feel smooth. You can also enjoy the sauna. The water bath is small, so it may get crowded.Speaking of luxury, I would be happy if there was a large cold bath outside. Also, there isn't enough space in the sauna considering the capacity of the sauna, so I would like to see more space. The adjustable chairs and bed-shaped chairs are very uncomfortable in shape, so I want them to be cheap and spend a lot of money on them. The location in the great outdoors is perfect for a sauna, so I thought that if the sauna became a gathering place, the number of customers would increase tremendously.I thought it would be easier if there was a water cooler. It may be due to the time of day, but it feels good when there are staff who make people feel comfortable.I left the facility feeling like I was able to spend my time until the end.I came with too high expectations, so I don't think I'll be repeating it for now.I'm sorry for complaining about this place, even though it's such a wonderful place.

When I was in Fukuyama on business, I went to a hot spring for a day trip to refresh myself. Especially in the winter when the surrounding area is covered in snow, the open-air bath is the best. It was quite crowded. The snow is surprisingly deep, so it may be difficult for those who are not used to snowy roads. By the way, I went with normal tires and was quite excited. It's a nice hot spring

A hot spring located deep in the mountains. It's called a renewal, but it's probably a partial renovation. It is a calcium spring.Bathing costs 800 yen. There is a space in the hotel where you can relax. The greenery of the forest soothed me.

If you're going to spend money on a barrel sauna, wouldn't it be better to spend it somewhere else?I feel like they don't understand the balance between what users are looking for and the cost. Cutting out the pot bath and building a new sauna separate from the existing sauna... You can't relax in the rest area... It would be nice to open up the tatami mats in the old restaurant so people can lie down...I loved the facility, so I was overjoyed when it reopened, but to be honest, I was extremely disappointed. The quality of the spring water is very good, so I would like to improve it while listening to customer feedback. If it stays like this, there will be no repeat.
