Kiki Ayu 2023 Grand Prix Japan's best ayuI thoroughly enjoyed it with all the ayu-kushi.By cooking ayu in various ways to bring out its flavor, you can still enjoy Kato Mase Ayu in a secluded place called Mase. From the classic salt-grilled dishes to sashimi, dengaku-yaki, dried overnight, fried, and finally zoni, the plates are decorated in a way that will keep you busy. The deliciousness of the sweetfish as an ingredient plus the slightly added flavor of the cooking method was enough.I think it's a historical inn, but I was surprised to see that it was very clean and there wasn't even a speck of dust, let alone trash.Ayu from the upper reaches of the Mase River has become my favorite because of the deliciousness and aroma of the meat, and the strong flavor of the liver.

The food was good, but when I tried to buy the sweetfish I caught, I was told that I couldn't buy it because it was small, even though it was large, and offered me the current price. For those of you who will never sell sweetfish again, please be careful.
