I am delighted with this hotelThe staff and attention are extremely good. Very friendly. The room was beautiful, with immaculate tatami and sea views. The AC worked perfectlyThe futons are very comfortable. In fact, even the floor is comfortable to sleep on hahaThe bathroom is very clean and comfortable. They also provide you with a kettle, tea set, refrigerator, etc.The onsen is nice and spacious, very pleasant although unfortunately it has no views anywhereBreakfast includedThe spectacular dinner and breakfast were truly a unique experience, although since neither I nor my brother read Japanese, we didn't understand much hahaI recommend itSuggestions:There are very few plugs. It would be good to add moreThe hallways had a strange smell? I don't know if it was the carpet or what, but there was a strange smell that we couldn't identify.Add notes about dinner or instructions on how to eat in English to bother the staff less at dinner

A six-storey barracks without any charm or atmosphere frequented by groups of tourists.|The rooms reproduce those of ancient inns but the context is sadly different. Without atmosphere the inconvenience remains. …

We loved the accommodation, well located, we were able to live an authentic Japanese experience. The room was spacious with a view. There used to be deer at the entrance. As a suggestion for improvement, they could try to explain traditional breakfast and dinner a little better in English.

Ryokan faithful to Japanese tradition. Maximum hospitality, equipped with onsen. They serve traditional dinner which I didn't try. I tried the breakfast...a little "difficult" for a Westerner. At 8.00 they serve you: clam broth, boiled oysters, blue fish, fish eggs with other various fish-based dishes that are difficult to identify. Accompanied by you Japanese. Experience but I wouldn't take it again.

Thank you for your help in the past. The room itself had a smell that bothered me. I don't know if it's the smell of the tatami or what, but I was curious about the smell. Other than that the room was good! I used the shop to buy souvenirs, but two of the souvenirs were broken in half. I bought about 4 cookie items and 2 of them were not broken at all, but only 2 of them were broken, which is very painful. I can't say that the hotel is bad, but I would like people to be especially careful when handling souvenirs, especially cookies. Quite disappointed in terms of souvenirs.

We booked for two adults and one child and upon arrival they made us pay for the child. We also reserved breakfast in the price and when we arrived they told us that it was not included and that they were full and could not give us breakfast. It would be necessary to put some more futons, we woke up bruised, the only good thing was the view overlooking the bay, but I felt scammed since they didn't give me anything for what I paid and since they have a big problem with English, they they make fools, I don't recommend it
