This is my second time using it this year.I want to spend time in peace and quiet, so it's the widest option. I have a high room. This inn has a lot of attention to detail. There are two bath towels per person. The fresh flowers are beautiful. The people who serve the food are kind. There are many types of sweets available. The squeezer is cold. The Hoba-yaki and other dishes are just delicious and the quality is good too.Slightly disappointingThe changing area is vertically long, and you can see everything from the person relaxing on the massage chair at the end to changing clothes (I don't think you can see it, but it's interesting). The fan is only at the end.The front is a little darkPlease brighten upI'm rooting for you.

First of all, the location and service are all good.Go by rental car. Valet parking is provided upon arrival at the accommodation, and accommodation guidance is provided immediately according to the arrival time.Detailed explanations are provided in Korean, and staff members provide detailed explanations. The hot spring itself is good, so the hot spring water goes without saying.Damang’s kaiseki cuisine. It's nice to be able to eat quietly with your companions in the room. The food is not formal, but all of it is delicious, and the staff who set it up are very friendly.Although there are non-Japanese employees as employees, they are all friendly and greet you with a smile. While I was sitting in the lobby after dinner, an old gentleman (the store manager?) came by and kindly told me to go to a local event and gave me local information.I haven't been to many lochans, but is it really cozy? It was a place full of affection. This is an accommodation I would like to use again when I visit Gero.Thank you to all the staff for their response, and I had a really comfortable time. However, there was no shower facility in the room, so we could only shower in the hot springs. It may have been inconvenient, but I was very satisfied with the quality of service!!*Smoking is allowed in the room. Smokers will especially like this accommodation.

The price was 50,000 yen for two people per night, but I am disappointed that my expectations were not met. When I checked in a little early, the lobby was dark (even if it was to save electricity, it wasn't a welcoming atmosphere). The room is old and musty, and the walls are dark and full of dust. There are some spiders on the ceiling.Apparently the men's open-air bath can be seen from one guest room. The bath is also moldy and does not have the facilities to fully enjoy Gero Onsen (it is built like a public bath). The food was average (dessert had parsley instead of mint lol)Customer service is fine, but most of them are foreigners so it's a little difficult to understand.Baths in the basement and on the top floor can only be accessed by stairs and are not barrier-free.In conclusion, the stay was only worth 20,000 yen instead of 50,000 yen.

I stayed in a room called Norikura. I looked at various reviews and photos online, but the food and room were actually better than what I saw online. The customer service is all very kind, and the location is close to the main street. You can also see the river from the room.I've been to Gero many times and stayed at various inns, and the prices are reasonable and the stays are very good, so I would recommend this inn to my relatives.
