Customer service is the worstWords are also badThere is hair in the bathtub, so I wonder if it will last 3 nights.I don't want to use it again

The receptionist's response is very bad and unfriendly.There was a futon spread out in the Japanese-style room, but the futon was so flat that my body hurt😣It's a quiet place so I can sleep 😴It's cheap, so you can live without meals.

It's like a privately run guest house.The location is convenient.Please note that the walls are thin so you can hear people coughing and talking in the next room. The refrigerator also makes loud noises every 10 minutes, probably because it is old.Also, even though I was supposed to have paid the accommodation fee in advance by card, I was made to pay on site as well.Isn't that strange? When I checked carefully, I realized that it was a misunderstanding on the part of the front desk staff.I don't think I've misunderstood something important, but I was disappointed that they didn't even apologize for the fact that I almost had to pay twice.

I used it when I traveled by car for a game at Sanfrecce Hiroshima's new stadium. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations possible. Available for 1,000 yen. There are also restaurants such as McDonald's nearby, which is convenient. If you are traveling by car, you can go to the city center in about 10 minutes, so the location is not a problem. Accommodation price is around 6000 yen. I think it's a reasonable price if you're just looking to stay the night. thank you very much.
