I used it for business. The room was not large, but it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also free and I would definitely use it again on my travels.

You can stay there at a low price and have plenty of facilities. There are separate floors for men and women, and access is unlocked using a card key. The floors and dormitory rooms cannot be locked, but you can use them without any problems as long as you take care of your valuables. There are multiple bathrooms (shower rooms, restrooms) on the floor.

The cost performance is cheap, but there is no lock on the door, so I'm worried about security.

Super comfortable beds, good location and good buffet breakfast, highly recommended. A bit noisy sometimes, other guests won't follow the rules.

The hotel has a large space, and it is next to the JR station. There is space in the room where you can stand independently. The bathroom, bed, and public space are very clean. There is also a free breakfast. The CP value is very high. I am very satisfied.

It was a very good choice. The room and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable compared to other hotels in Japan in the same category. All the staff I met spoke pretty good English and were very helpful. The simple but fine breakfast is free, and they also serve simple and cheap buffet lunch (and I believe dinner too) in the hotel's restaurant. For the location it's also quite good, around 5 minutes walk from Hiroshima station so there are plenty of shopping and dining options in the station's mall, not to mention easy access to all the trains, trams and buses.

There is no ice maker and the fried eggs for breakfast don't taste good.Other than that I'm satisfied.

There are no advantages other than being close to Hiroshima Station. The breakfast, which was said to be delicious, went 30 minutes after opening, but it didn't fill me with smiles until I left. There was only a few side dishes other than curry. It looked clean on the outside, like it was newly built, but there was torn wallpaper, dust that had accumulated on the remote control for an unknown amount of time, and clothes dust in the corners. The only room available was a capsule, so I paid a high price to use it, but this is the first capsule in my life that was made without soundproofing measures.I tend to sleep well in the capsule with the plug plugged in, but I wake up several times because the outside noise just comes in even with the plug plugged in.Those guests who come in with a bang say so.In the morning, I get annoyed because they even turn on forced group notifications. And the government employees were really unpleasant. On Agoda, I posted a picture of the upper bed and a picture of the lower bed, and they sold the room separately, so I made a reservation with the picture of the lower bed, and what I received was an upper bed.I inquired at the front desk that I received it in error, and the reply I received was that you made a reservation through Booking. When I showed and explained everything I had booked through Agoda, it seemed that Agoda had transferred the reservation to booking. I received a notice that the reservation was made for the upper bed. Then, I told Agoda that the reservation was wrong and asked if they could help me in this situation, but they snorted that it was annoying and treated me like they didn't understand, so I just gave up on the person.I've been to Japan more than 10 times and this is my first experience like this.I don't know why the reviews are good

Both check-in and check-out are completed using the touch panel. If you don't understand something, the staff will kindly help you. I was impressed with how well the service was run without wasting any waste. You don't have to interact with the staff any more than necessary, and just bring what you need, such as amenities, from the front of the lobby.Breakfast is buffet style. The taste of the breakfast was just average. There are several types of drink bars.Although I didn't use it, there seems to be a large public bath in the basement. The single room I used had one fixed USB outlet. The bathroom and toilet are separated and the cleanliness is perfect. The washroom is a bit small and water tends to spill around when washing your face. The water pressure was sufficient on the middle floor, but I had the impression that it took a while for the water temperature to stabilize. You can check how crowded the public bath and restaurant (breakfast venue) are on the TV monitor, but the response is a bit slow, and when I went there even though the announcement was that the place was "vacant," it was 90% full.It wasn't a big deal, but I could hear some noise from next door, so I had to be careful when listening to the TV or making calls.Overall, the service was adequate, and I felt that the hotel was easy to use for people who are used to systems such as touch panels and who are used to traveling. The location is 6-7 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station. There is fixed-rate parking in front. I think the convenience is perfect and the cost performance is a very good hotel.
