We only stayed one night, but it was well worth it.The ryokan was spectacular: the rooms, the private onsen with its wonderful views, the traditional Japanese bath, the public onsen, a huge VIP room to relax and have a drink (alcoholic drinks, food), the service of the hotel staff (charming and helpful), they put the futons in the room, etc etc. They left us a lot of yukatas so we could wear them both inside and out on the island, getas and socks included. You felt like a real Japanese citizen! They also gave us a little gift for our honeymoon, a detail that we will never forget. Thank you so much!A great hotel. The best hotel in Miyajima, and with the best views too.Super recommended!

Extraordinary, for this first (and perhaps only) family trip of our lives, THE memory that we will all remember for the rest of our lives, is this hotel and the staff. In particular our server for the evening meal who had a lot of laughs with. There are 5 of us and the room was more than sufficient and comfortable, the meals divine... The whole island is magnificent, unanimously, we would have liked to have stayed longer 🥰

Personalized, friendly and dedicated treatment.Beautiful hotel, well maintained and with incredible facilities. He looks very good. The dinner was wonderful both in terms of service, quality of products and flavors. The large room, cared for in all the details and with exceptional views. The unbeatable location, close to the cable car and the great floating torii. The worst thing about the hotel is the entrance to reception, a bit confusing and not comfortable.

My family and I stayed in a large room with an open-air bath. The atmosphere was great and the view from the bath overlooking Itsukushima Shrine was amazing.None of the stores were open early in the morning, so I had to walk to the convenience store in front of the ferry terminal to buy breakfast, which was a little inconvenient for getting around.Since it was a transit trip, I stayed overnight without meals because I wanted to eat okonomiyaki, but if I have the next opportunity, I would like to order some food there as well.It was very helpful that I was given a ride to the ferry terminal when I returned home. Was there actually a pick-up service when you went? It seems like there was no particular guidance?

We were picked up at the port and taken to the hotel...The young man at the front desk told us to enter through the evacuation exit in the guest room hallway instead of the main entrance, which surprised even the driver! I felt that the honorific language was awkward and the way they looked at me was cold.
