I came with my family. Daily necessities are available inside the log house. Washing machine, bath, bed, kitchen, refrigerator, seasonings, etc. Makeup-related items such as toothbrushes and shaving are not provided.BBQ is prepared except for charcoal and grill.A comfortable space, monopolizing the natural world.The atmosphere makes you want to come back again.

Visited in July 2023A rental villa located in Makino Town, Kosai of Lake Biwa.There are several, but this Log House Cottage Hinata has 4 beds (2 beds on the first floor, 2 beds on the second floor).The location is within 10 minutes walk to the famous Metasequoia Avenue.There is no key to be handed over, and the passcode for the entrance door lock (different each time) will be sent by email in advance.A quiet log house in the forest. A truly private cottage.There is a covered space in front of the entrance where you can have a BBQ even in the rain.The interior is extremely clean and well-maintained,Walking barefoot, you can feel the warmth of the wood from the soles of your feet.Besides, the atmosphere is great❗️We have everything we want, including a refrigerator, dishes, and cooking utensils, and all we need to bring is a BBQ net, charcoal, a toothbrush, and pajamas. Thank you❗️The children also loved the attic-style beds on the second floor and didn't want to go home.For dinner and breakfast, we used ingredients we bought at roadside stations along the way.In order to make beer can chicken, we ordered a whole chicken from a local chicken shop in advance and tried making it.I also brought some smoking equipment and smoked the bacon and cheese I bought at the roadside station.Bring your favorite beer and whisky, of course.A land with delicious air. What's more, the water is sweet and delicious😋.Having such a stylish log house and eating fresh vegetables that were picked that day at the local roadside station...there's nothing more to say about it❗️Here is heaven…

It was used by a family of five. It was within walking distance along a road lined with Metasequoia trees, and the environment was very nice.I tried to eat local specialties, such as Omi beef, raw shiitake mushrooms, and eel, and tried barbecuing the food, and it was really delicious.Only convenience stores are open for breakfast early in the morning, so it's best to prepare some delicious bread the day before.The entire room, including the plumbing, was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.We had a wood stove, and it was late November, so I tried using it, although it was my first experience. It was a fun and good experience. However, when I looked at the instructions, piled up the firewood, lit the fire, and read on, there was a trap that said at the end that it would cost 1,000 yen for firewood lol.I got warmth and fun for over 1000 yen, so that's good.Customer service was only available at the initial check-in, and the rest of the time I was left alone, or rather, allowed to do whatever I wanted, so I was actually happier with that. I felt that the cost performance was very good when used by 4-5 people. It was a lot of fun, and it was very different from a trip where you would stay at a traditional inn.

Stayed for one night with 4 adults. Just bring the ingredients, drinks, grill, and charcoal, and everything else is provided. The room was clean and it was a waste of time for one night. I would like to use it again.

This time, my wife and son, my family of three, stayed for one night.``Log House Cottage Hinata'' is located when you drive along the path along the Metasequoia trees in Makino towards the mountain side (Marron Garden).My son couldn't help but feel the warmth of the wood during his stay, and said, ``This is where I want to live from now on.''The kitchen was equipped with a lot of cooking utensils, so I felt that it was quite a waste to stay just one night.If I can get some time off, I would like to spend at least two nights there and relax.In the morning, I woke up naturally to the sounds of insects and birds around me, and had a luxurious time that I couldn't experience in my normal life.For an early morning walk, we highly recommend the Metasequoia Avenue. It took less than 10 minutes to walk from the cottage.It was a short stay of one night, but I would like to thank the owner for taking care of me.
