My girlfriend and I are also using it as an alternative to a business hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom bathtub is spacious so you can relax. The free food, drinks, and morning meals are so voluminous and delicious that it's worth paying for. There are some items that require a fee, but all of them are available at a low price. We also have a wide variety of menus and amenities that suit the four seasons. What I like most is the staff's response. At the reception desk, they didn't rush me, they showed up at just the right time, and even though they were busy, I got the impression that they were kind and polite.I am very disappointed that the always smiling female receptionist, who was very helpful to me during the period when I was not available for about half a year, has resigned.

I happened to find this hotel in Shiga Prefecture for the first time after coming from far away, and it was a hit! When I first entered, I was surprised by the amenities and services provided! There just isn't enough time to get comfortable. Another thing that made me happy about coming to this hotel was the excellent service of the older male staff! I've stayed at various hotels across the country, and this one ranked very high. I definitely want to stay here again when I come to Shiga Prefecture! The problem was that the water pressure in the shower was weak, but I highly recommend it!

I stayed in the most expensive room, but the cleaning was sloppy and there was always trash, plastic bottles, etc. I want you to clean it properly. Because I paid a lot of money 💰️!! ️I would like to see more rooms that are broken and entered.

I stayed in room 405 and had a fulfilling time enjoying the bedrock bath, sauna, and open-air bath. Also, the staff's attentiveness is perfect and makes you feel comfortable.I'll be back next month. I look forward to it every month.

These are my impressions from when I used the service with my girlfriend about two years ago, so I am writing this for reference only.We had the best room with an open-air bath.Good point・The best rooms available, spacious and fully equipped.- Large screen TV, large balcony including open-air bath, manga, bedrock bath, sauna etc...・Very reasonable considering it comes with so many thingsBad points・I was told that the card used for accounting etc. was left in the room, but I didn't find it, so I called the front desk, but they asked me to look for it, so the two of us searched the whole room... It took several tens of minutes to find it. However, when I contacted the front desk several times, they said they would prepare a new one...If there is no problem with that, it would be better to prepare a new one from the beginning and use it comfortably, rather than having customers crawl around on the floor. Isn't it better than letting it happen?・Cleaning is not done properly- The open-air bath was badly yellowed (deteriorated?) despite the best part of this room.- There is a bed on the balcony for relaxing, but it is full of cobwebs, and the back of the mat is also covered in green mold (no matter how you look at it, it doesn't get dirty after a day or so).- The floor of the balcony is gritty with sand or something (I wonder if it was meant to be walked on with shoes...)- There is also noticeable dust throughout the room.・Repairs are not complete- The chair in the small space where the manga was kept was torn and the cotton was exposed.- The button for the light on the bed was not working (I called the front desk once, but they said it was fine...I pressed it hard and finally turned it off...)- I don't know if it was a malfunction or a ghost, but sometimes the fireplace would turn on by itself (I checked where the remote control was, but it was in a completely different place from where the two of us were).・There was a water gun near the balcony entrance, but it was broken and no water came out. Maybe it's better not to put it there from the beginning.Food and delivery were normal. The panel operation when exiting was a little difficult to understand, but it was manageable. To be honest, there are some bad points, but since I was on a trip, it became a memory in a sense, and I'm glad it turned out this way.I hope things are improving now.
