Although the room is small, it is fully equipped. The most important thing is that the hotel is not far from Ueno Station, with a supermarket next to it. You can also walk to the main road at night to take pictures of the entire Skytree's night view, which is very beautiful.

I used it when sightseeing in the downtown area. The room is a twin room. The room didn't feel particularly small and felt like a typical business hotel. As others have written, there was a little bit of dust, but this is normal at other hotels, so I didn't have to worry about it.I was able to store my luggage before sightseeing.I was able to store my carry-on case in front of the front desk, and my bags and other items on the shelf in front of the elevator. When a user enters the front desk, a receptionist comes out immediately, so I didn't feel like it was particularly dangerous to manage my luggage. It's a bit of a walk from Ueno Station, but it's not a difficult place to find, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. It seems like only Chinese people are giving low ratings, so I think it's just that what they're looking for in a Japanese business hotel is too expensive in the first place. I felt very comfortable

First of all, the room area is very small. It's not enough to get out of bed and walk two steps to the toilet. It's not enough to sit down or move around a few more steps. The hotel is located between Ueno and Oiudani. It takes 15 minutes to walk, which is not as close as expected. To go to Ueno, you always take the straight road, which is quite convenient. The room was very dusty and clothing fibers were blowing in the wind. The corners of the room were not taken care of at all, and the edges and corners were covered with dust. There were places on the bedside for charging and storage, but I wiped them with a wet tissue and found that they were quite dirty.Stayed here for five days and four nights. There was no room service. The only service was to bring dirty towels and bags of garbage to the door every day. They would take them away and give a new bag of towels. There is no bottled water in the room, no one cleans the toilet or makes the bed. There is no requirement to change the sheets, but at least you have to take care of the bed and toilet, right? The room is very dark, as shown in the first picture (all the lights in the room have been turned on, but it is still very dark. This level of light is completely uncomfortable. The sound insulation of the room is also very poor. Although no human voice is heard, The sound of banging objects in the next room is often heard. What is very dissatisfying is that the so-called free wifi cannot be disconnected from the Internet at all. After connecting, it keeps getting disconnected. Even if it is connected, it cannot even display pictures. In the end, it has to use its own data to access the Internet every night. Local travel is fine, but data for overseas travel is very important. This is the first time for me that 5G data is not enough for 5 days and 4 nights. The good thing about the room is that the air-conditioning equipment is very good, the functions are complete and clear, and the air volume and wind direction can be adjusted well. In addition, the front desk staff are friendly and supportive.I don't recommend this hotel. If I couldn't find a twin room, I wouldn't consider this hotel. The service and comfort will be better in other hotels at the same price.

I happened to go to the sky lounge for lunch near the site, and I thought it was heaven because the view was nice, it was cheap, and I could smoke cigarettes🚬

This temporary hotel reservation was too abstract. The person who served me at breakfast had a bad Japanese accent and pretended not to understand Mandarin. After I finished eating, I turned around and had a passionate conversation with the chef in Northeastern dialect. It's understandable if you want to pretend to be non-Chinese, but you should practice your accent and don't let customers hear Chinese🤪

I stayed the first 2 days that I was in Tokyo and the service was excellent, the attention could not be better than how wonderful it wasFor those of us who do not speak Japanese, the staff is too friendly even with the lack of communication. On my next trip I will return hereThe room is always clean, smelling good.Bath and shower with sufficient pressure and hot

I'm a non-smoker, but I booked this room because there was a bathtub in the photo, but there wasn't actually a bathtub! ! ! !The receptionist said that because there are many room types for single rooms, mine happened to be unavailable. If there is a bathtub, it will cost more. And it is also full today and cannot change rooms. After walking all day, I was looking forward to coming back to take a bath and relax. I was very disappointed and felt like I had been cheated.

The room was as expected—just very small. As for the location, it’s about a 10-minute walk from JR Ueno Station. It’s fine if the weather is good, but definitely avoid it in the summer, as the walk is under the scorching sun the entire way.Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The only dissatisfaction was that one of the towels was dirty and had to be taken to the front desk for a replacement. Also, the room had a fake window (as shown in the picture), which made me feel a bit deceived.
