The good part. The dinner and breakfast staff are kind and considerate. I had a baby with me, and when I could eat or drink something, the child praised me a lot and was in a good mood. The open-air bath was spacious. I was able to stretch my legs and relax.Areas I would like to see improved. There were two slippers placed in front of the sliding glass door leading to the open-air bath and garden, but I thought, ``Huh?'' For children? It was so small that my husband could only fit his toes in it. It would be helpful if you could leave some large slippers. When I was paying for the extra drinks on my way home, they didn't ask me to pay for extra drinks, so I told them I would have to pay for the extra drinks. That's perfectly fine, but I was waiting in the lobby while my car was being cooled down, and the receptionist called me and said something like, ``Mr. ○○, please come back because we haven't paid for the alcoholic beverages at dinner yet.'' If the customer on the other end of the phone asks you to check it when you return the keys at the end! I guess you would think so. I thought. If the last impression was not good, I might not want to go again next time, so it was a bit disappointing considering it is a historical inn.

About 10 years ago? I have been using it since. I wasn't able to go during the coronavirus, but the atmosphere had changed and it was beautiful, probably because they had undergone some renovation work. And the food here is delicious. I'm looking forward to this (maybe the amount has changed a little), but the staff are friendly and kind, and when there were not many customers, they even let you reserve the bath for yourself, so it was a great way to relax and enjoy it. There are also Onjo-ji Temple, Enryaku-ji Temple, and Ishiyama-dera Temple nearby, and it is also conveniently located for sightseeing in Osaka, Kyoto, and Hikone.

It's on the shore of Lake Biwa, and the scenery is nice, but sadly the building is old, so it's disappointing in many ways. The food was delicious and I was satisfied with the quantity.Although the number of staff is small, they are very responsive.

There was no pick-up upon arrival. Dinner...a meal that you don't know when it was made. I ordered a warm drink, but the alcohol was gone. Breakfast...the rice is not freshly cooked. Too bad. A musty room. The tea sweets in the room were so damp that they were uneatable. This is the first time I have stayed in such a bad accommodation.

The food and the room were great!Breakfast was also delicious! The staff were kind and attentive to things like refilling rice. When I got on the shuttle bus with a fun feeling,The bus shuttle staff told me that I could stay there for a cheaper price with the same plus.I think he was kind enough to let me know, but my feelings of enjoyment turned into feelings of loss, and I couldn't enjoy the rest of my trip because of that. Why did they tell me on the bus on the way back that I could stay cheaper with the same plan? . I was sad because I was told information that I didn't need to know. I won't go again.
