Excellent location, near the metro and many services. The price for Tokyo is good, as is the room size.Being a smoking hotel, the public areas had a strong cigarette smell. The staff were friendly but no one spoke English, without the internet it would have been impossible to communicate.

Kind staff, very close to night life. The surrounding streets are a bit dirty. I found hair in the room which didn't belong to me and the information book was stained. Overall, cleanliness was an issue for me and so I cannot recommend this hotel.

I booked through Expedia and stayed for 2 nights with a friend.The hotel I stayed at the day before had a higher rating, but I was personally much more satisfied with it.Some say that the level of cleanliness is disappointing and it is true that there is a smell of cigarettes, but the service itself is friendly and the location is great, so considering the price, it is worth staying there.Of course, it is not a 5 out of 5 accommodation, but I think it is a very good value for money accommodation.

The Korean staff stays here for a lot of the time, and it’s bigger than you think! There is plenty of space to pool your suitcase and they are very friendly. Towels and tools are clean, and if you ask for more, they give it to you generously. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. However, it is a shame that the location is a bit of a walk from the station, but not that much!! I used a smoking room, but there wasn't much of a cigarette smell.
