The food was not to my family's taste. My husband even felt sick and vomited after eating the first dinner on the first day, but other family members were fine when I came. There are many hot springs inside and are very comfortable, but the bathtub is too small and can only fit one person at a time. Will still choose next time.

Stayed during the sports day holiday week as a foreigner.Great service. Bought breakfast and dinner plan in Biwa no daze room. Room was a bit of dated for people with lots of electronics to find power points but we are able to manage that. Enjoyed the lake view very much. Hot spring was good.“Happy Hour” was a bit disappointing due to high expectations but it’s free so no complaints.Dinner was excellent and filling. Breakfast was semi buffet with BBQ fish, squid and scallops.Shuttle bus phone was easy to find and short wait with plenty of room.Definitely will consider staying again.

This is my second stay here. We always take an overnight trip for my husband and wife's birthdays. Last time, I made a mistake and didn't get a room with an open-air bath. This time, I chose a room with an open-air bath, Fuga. The guest rooms at Fuga are so large that it would be a waste for two people. A lattice door separates the bedroom and open-air bath. The light in the toilet turns on just by opening the door. And there's also a small sink. There are also two washrooms. However, there are too few electrical outlets in this room. Charging my smartphone is difficult. The shower in the washing area next to the open-air bath in the room was located too low, which was inconvenient. Although there are smoking rooms on each floor, it is inconvenient that they cannot be used and are only on the first and second floors. Next time I stay, I would like to choose Fugaga again. For dinner, I had Omi beef shabu-shabu. The food was seasonal and it was delicious. Last time, I didn't get a second helping of rice, but this time, I was able to get another. Breakfast is a buffet with grilled dried fish as an accompaniment. This time, the appetizers were poor. There were also few pickles. However, the birthday dessert that I had told her about in advance was gorgeous, and I received a teacup as a birthday present. I would like to go again for some anniversary.

I stayed at this inn on a couple trip. When I arrived and checked in, I was told that an event called "Happy Hour" was taking place, and I could enjoy free drinks on the terrace. We enjoyed the cool evening breeze while enjoying a glass of wine and some snacks. The inside of the hotel was very clean, the service was attentive, and it was comfortable. This time, I booked a room with a bath, and it was truly the best! While overlooking Lake Biwa, I was able to relax and soak in the private hot springs fed directly from the source, and the alkaline, slightly thick spring quality was very soothing. The food was very delicious and we were very satisfied, but the portions were a little too much for those of us who don't eat much, so we gave up halfway through. I was able to ask the staff to take the leftovers back to my room, which was helpful. It was a wonderful inn that I would definitely like to visit again!

Excellent services and was greeted from the main door. Staff were very kind and makes us feel at home. The room were fantastic and had a private hot spring facing the lake, although some feature seems dated you can see the entire room is thoughtfully designed. Dinner was amazing too!

This hotel is so amazing! The room type I stayed in this time had a hot spring pool in the room. You can clearly see the lake view from the balcony. What needs to be noted is that the shielding is not that good. It’s easy to see the conditions in the room/balcony from downstairsThere is also happy hour before 18:00.There are a variety of alcoholic beverages availableThere are also ice cream and snacksBreakfast is buffet style. What is very special is that there is a small oven. You can grill your own fish/seafood to eatIf you drive by yourself,The hotel has a parking lotThere are supermarkets and convenience stores nearbyLife is very convenientThis hotel is quite worthy of its price.Recommended to you who are looking for accommodation in Lake Biwa
