We were so happy with our stay at Illi Tas Shinjuku! The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. So clean and accessible. We were just a few blocks away from the heart of Shinjuku but it was far enough away to feel like a quiet part of Tokyo! Such a terrific hotel and seamless check in process. Give them a go, you will not be disappointed!

Great place to stay in the heart of shinjuku, especially if you want to be able to get to and from the shinjuku bars easily! Also right on the street are great coffee options and convenience storesThe biggest place we stayed in Japan, especially large for Tokyo! and great to have everything you needed in the room, including a free to use washer dryer which was great while travelling.Easy to check in and out, would definitely stay again

It is an unmanned hotel. You can check in quickly after pre-check-in on the website. The door is password locked (if the password lock fails, a key will be provided). The overall space of the room is very large, with three double beds. (One of them is a bunk bed and is very stable), the dining table and sofa are both large, and it is no problem for four people to open all their suitcases. The kitchen is fully equipped with all tableware and supplies, and there are two small refrigerators (one refrigerated and one frozen) , the trash can is very big, it took four people five days to fill it. What I am most satisfied with is that the bathroom has two sinks, which are quite large, and the supplies are complete. The toilet and bathroom space are just right, and the shower and toilet are separated. The washing machine is It is very convenient to have a washer, dryer and laundry ball. Overall, it is very comfortable for four people to live in. In addition, although it is an unmanned hotel, Booking's message response speed is relatively fast and the problem is handled quickly. In addition, it is very close to the subway station and is very convenient.Dislikes: There is no way to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. Water may drip if adjusted, and the range hood must be kept on to prevent condensation, resulting in the air conditioner not being cool enough. Although an electric fan is provided after the reaction, the overall temperature is still too hot, which is not suitable. The room was big and very spacious for my 1 year old to run around. Packing 5 luggages was very easy with the space. It is clean. Bathroom was big too. Really great having washing machine/dryer as well. The mattress was comfortable. Only that the pillow was abit too flat for my head and neck. If they were to provide iron and ironing board that would be perfect! Will consider to book them again if we were to come back to Tokyo!

4.5 stars.(-): the air conditioning is set at 25 degrees (we could not adjust it otherwise) and being 5 in the room the heat can rise quickly. Especially with the 40 degrees in Tokyo in August.(+): fully equipped kitchen (freezer with a separate refrigerator, glass, plate, bowls, saucepan, etc.), bathroom with toilet and separate shower so being numerous, someone could use the shower and at the same time someone could use the toilet. The layout of the space makes the room spacious despite its small size. Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the center of Shinjuku and a few minutes walk from the train and subway stations. Also, washer and dryer on site.

It was very spacious and beautiful. It was good that the amenities were well stocked. I never expected there to be two hair dryers. The problem was that the location was difficult.
