Great location. More of an Air bnb than a hotel, no front desk. Contact phone number via text or what’s app for easy communication. They do ask you for everyone’s personal information (passport info included) before hand and will not provide you with check in instructions until it is done. DO THIS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. We saw many people doing it in the lobby with frustration but I did it before (for all guests) and it was fine. They also ask that you are quiet, especially after 9pm. I would not suggest if you are going to be exploring Tokyo night life. We were careful of our noise late night and had no issues but we were not getting back from late night drinking either.

When I turn on the kitchen ventilation fan, there is a strange noise coming from the front door. It's a pain if you don't use the ventilation fan for anything other than cooking. It won't happen. If you are concerned about the noise coming from your refrigerator,I think it would be a good idea to bring earplugs. There is no hot water supply or faucet in the bath, so please take a shower.I have to fill up the bathtub.I'm satisfied with the room.

Stay for about 40,000 yen per night. When I made the reservation, I thought it looked clean in the pictures, but when I walked in, the room was covered in dust, the floor was sticky, and there were even dead insects.A ring, believed to have been lost, was also left on the floor. It's too simple to clean and it's terrible. The mirror in the bathroom is too dirty,There was black dust hanging from the ventilation fan, and my hair was untouched.I have kitchen utensils, but the place I keep them has limescale and rust, so no one seems to want to use them.Anyway, it seemed like the whole place wasn't cleaned properly and was unsanitary. The curtains also had extra hooks and were left hanging. I felt sick. The only toiletries provided were toothbrushes. There was enough liquid laundry detergent to last just one use, and enough powder to run out in just a few minutes. The towels are just 2 bath towels and a bath mat. There were no face towels.

It was great because it was close to the center.Hygiene was really bad. The bathroom sewer smell and the toilet were terrible. Only the shower room felt like it was newly renovated. The floor is so dirty that slippers are a must. The refrigerator was also dirty and the air conditioner had horrible mold. It's a really old building. They really don't seem to clean it.

Book through Rakuten TravelThis is my impression after staying twice.2LDK room with small childrenBasically it's a good accommodation, but I stayed there twice and there were some concerns.1: From reservation to check-inWhen you make a reservation, you will receive a URL for the advance check-in form, and you will need to register the guest's information + ID photo etc.The email at the time of reservation states, ``Once we have 100% information for all users, we will provide instructions on how to enter the room.'' ”, so I entered everything, but there was no guidance on how to enter until the day of the event.I was worried so I called them and they responded politely, but they said, ``I see you entered the information first,'' and then they sent me an email with instructions on how to enter the room. (Both times, after I called, I received an email with instructions on how to enter the room.)→If you don't need to input it in advance, please don't do it. The guidance was very unfriendly.2: Cleaning the roomBasically, it's clean, but since it's a private lodging and has a lot of furniture, there are some areas that aren't well-maintained.When I get on the bed after walking around the room, the dust from my feet often sticks to the bed. There were also traces of something spilled on the sofa.3: Surrounding environmentThere is a very stylish and delicious cocktail bar on the 1st floor. It's a very nice store, but it's only open until 1am.The first time I stayed there, it didn't bother me, but the second time I stayed there, it was summer and the door to the cocktail bar was open, so the customers were so noisy that my child woke up. .As a place, it's a good place to go for a drink in Shibuya or on the 1st floor, but if you go with children, there are such disadvantages, so you may want to consider it depending on the purpose of use.

It was a condominium-like inn tucked away in a back alley in the middle of Shibuya! The inside was simple and clean! I'm completely new to the way I've been checking in at hotels. There are instructions on how to use the elevator as well, so if you don't read it thoroughly you will understand how to check in via email, your room number, and how to press the elevator. I got tired quickly and was able to sleep easily at first, but around 3:30 a.m., I started to hear a bang from around the fridge! Pan! Pan! Pan! Pan! Cool! Pan-pan-pan-pan-pan-pan-pankka! In the middle of the quiet night, it suddenly started ringing and I couldn't sleep. I didn't have a scary atmosphere, but I had a hard time sleeping because of the inexplicable sounds, and I had a dream about a woman I didn't know walking her carrying case back and forth near the entrance of the bed where I was currently sleeping. I'm glad it wasn't a particularly scary dream...
