This is the least clean business hotel I have ever stayed at.・The edges of the room are full of dust.・Dust accumulates on the towel hanger in the bathroom.・Trash from the previous customer was also left behind.・The water in the bathtub does not drain well and water overflows from the drain when taking a shower. The only advantage is that it's close to the station

I really don't recommend it. I don't want to go there again. First, I tried to leave my luggage in the daytime on the day of check-in, but there was no one at the front desk. The foreign cleaners cannot understand Japanese, and even if you ask them to call someone, they are kept waiting forever. Even if you call, it just rings from the unmanned front desk. While I was waiting, the delivery company was also kept waiting. The person had a mobile phone, but when he tried to call, the phone that had been left at the front desk just rang. Even my co-workers can see how low the level of this response is. It's really stupid. The smell from the front desk just makes me feel sick. I had no choice but to go upstairs and find a foreigner who said he was in charge of the front desk. Don't leave the front desk unattended without your cell phone. Maybe they should have Japanese people stationed there during the day. Don't hire foreigners who can't be used. Then, there was a message in the room saying, ``Tap water can be used for drinking water.'' Don't seriously trust me. It just makes me angry. I took it before bed and woke up in the middle of the night because my stomach hurt so much. As a result of skimping on services like bottled water and instant coffee, I ended up writing random things. Really trash.Probably the cheapest hotel in Shiomi, but also the crappiest. For a little extra, you can stay at the APA hotel next door. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. If you go to Disney, you should definitely stay there.

When I made a reservation through the website, I had to contact you because I had made a double reservation.I was impressed by the way they accepted my cancellation despite my inadequacies.Although I have not stayed at this hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its service.☺️I think Disney is also nearby, so please take advantage of it when you go there! The person who answered the phone was very polite 🙇‍♂️

The room was clean and had a microwave, refrigerator, and all the usual things.I was happy that it was close to the station and easy to access, but there was one big problem.Don't the hotel staff check the reservation details?I was told that I could postpone my 10am checkout until 12pm by paying an additional fee for the late checkout option, so I paid for the additional fee when I made the reservation, but on the day of my checkout, I was still in the room after 10am. As if it were a nuisance, I was asked to leave early.I felt bad about that response, so I decided to check out earlier than planned. It is better not to provide services that make customers uncomfortable. Also, at this hotel, you receive a paper with your room PASS written on it as a key, and you must return it when you check out, but the previous guest's belongings were left in the room. I thought this was also proof that the hotel staff were doing their jobs well. They probably didn't check to see if it had been returned.

Used about 3 times for work.Personally, I think the hotel is well worth using. In the end, it depends on how much you can afford to stay.Personally, I think the borderline is around 7,000 yen.The second time, the room was non-smoking, but the room was full, so it became smoking, and the smoking room still had quite a smell. The third time I stayed, I was in a room facing the railroad tracks, but I didn't have to worry about the noise of the trains, so I was able to stay comfortably.Good location. About 3 minutes walk from Shiomi Station on the Keiyo Line. The area in front of the station is by no means prosperous, but there are about two chain pubs. Two bowl-based fast foods. There is a Super Maruetsu in front of the station that is open until 11:00 p.m.There is a Lawson next to the hotel. There is a microwave in the room, so you can buy a bento box at Maruetsu and eat it in your room. The room has a refrigerator, pot, 4 cups, hair dryer, extension cord, air purifier, and deodorant spray. The trouser press is located in the hallway in front of the elevator. The room is not very large, but it is enough if you are just sleeping alone. It's not that there isn't a sense of cleanliness.Although it was next to the elevator, it didn't feel particularly noisy. When I took a strong shower all three times, the force of the hot water from the shower head was so strong that it hurt. There are bicycle rentals and loops in front of the building. There are about 4 loops.On-site parking is available for a fee. There seems to be no plan that includes breakfast. There are vending machines and laundry on the second floor.

I had already paid online in advance, but I needed a receipt for work, so I asked the front desk to issue a receipt for me, but I had to print out the receipt from the internet. It was an unfriendly response.

Stayed here for business purposes. It's a few minutes walk from Shiomi Station, and there are convenience stores (Family Mart and Minist) and supermarkets (Maruetsu) nearby, making it an excellent location.✳I will post photos of all the shops within walking distance 🩵❗What the hotel didn't have❗Please note that cleansing, lotion, and emulsion are not available ✨ (I bought cosmetics for one night (about 500 yen) at Ministop in front of Shiomi Station)The room was small but clean, and even though the Keiyo Line ran right in front of it, there was no noise at all. There is a microwave in the room which is convenient. There are bicycles for rent right outside the hotel. There is also a vending machine to the right as soon as you exit the hotel.🚗ParkingI used the coin parking in front of the hotel. Max 1,500 yen. I stayed for one night so I paid 1,500 yen (see photo)I hope to see more smiles from the front desk staff next time. Thank you for letting us stay at a reasonable price!✳I forgot to post a photo of Maruetsu... Apparently it's open until 1am.

The front desk is full of invisible discrimination against foreigners. There is a sense of superiority coming from nowhere, and the male front desk looks cheap. The room is small, the lights are not bright, and the hygiene is not reliable. The only advantage is that the price is cheap. Due to concerns about hygiene, I chose another hotel.
